Yeah, so when I ported back in after getting the text, the rep didn't tell me about the $50 credit. When I told the rep about it she said SWAC doesn't qualify. So I asked why I even got the text and then she just gave me the $50 credit manually after a brief wait. That's why I thought maybe SWAC doesn't actually qualify for it and she made an exception. She did mention something about 30 days I think but I ported our like a few minutes after seeing the credit lol.
Thanks a lot for the details. I checked my account portal and can see the credit like "Oct 20 - Winback Loyalty Reward -$50.00" in bill section. Do you see it or it's just a regular credit?

Pretty sure it said $50 bss account level credit or something like that, definitely not loyalty win back . I can't see it anymore because it just says my bill is $0, adjustments is $0 and balance is $0.

For you, since it mentions winback, it might be contingent on you not canceling within the first month. At least SWAC is only 30 so you still come out ahead

Damn idk what happened but the paid second line i added to get a free one just became free . i see the $35 crossed out and it says $0, just like the other ones. so i talked to rep and they confirmed it is now free with a MAC attached. i'll celebrate when i see it on my bill but so far it seems i'll have 4 unlimited lines for $30 + tax total. Absolute insanity.

It still shows up as $0/month but my bill hasn't been generated yet - i think 4 days left. I think it'll stick though, which is nice because i guess i don't have to keep the "2 paid lines" part of the bargain and now i have no need to cancel anything

The Sprint Free Line on Us is back for qualified plans.

The following are reported eligible plans:

Unlimited for All (Unl Plan, Unl Plan v2, v7, v8, v9, and v10)
Unl Freedom v24, v17
Everything Data Share
Adv Unlimited
Unlimited Value
Unlimited Savings
4GB, 7GB, 15GB, 25GB, 30GB, and 60GB Shared Data Plans
$45 2GB Plan ($40 with autopay)
Sprint Essentials

https://www.sprint.com/en/landing...on-us.html

It's not active for me at this time, though I did get a free line the first time around a couple months ago, so I'm not sure if that would be a deal breaker for a 2nd free line or not.

This line is also reported to be eligible for financing offers for phones.
Where does it say it's eligible for financing offers?

The free line at that time was apparently a copy of whatever plan you are on. So if you have the Unlimited Basic, you get an Unlimited Basic line. Those lines are financing eligible. Prior plans acted like Kickstart lines where BYOD/pay in full were the only options.

I got charged since migrated to T-Mobile. They had been manually applied $35 credit to my acct monthly until its resolved. Where did T-Mobile states it was 30 month promotion?

Did you also migrate to T-Mobile as lou2004 did? I inquired about it awhile ago and noticed I'd be getting charged a lot more. I'll be coming up on three years on a friends and family plan this summer, so I wonder if I'll be forced to switch to T-Mobile then.

@leobaby and @lou2004, did either of you do either of the above?

I did not change plan or cancel line. $35 drop off after adding T-mobile home internet.

One of my free lines also got charged $35. Their reason was I switched phones and the one I was using had a payoff (was on bill credits). I've called so many times and they have been applying credits to zero it out and "promised" to change the line to free but after 6 months, it's still not free. PITA these phone reps.
