$350 (A50 Phone) * 4 = $1400
$140 (4 sprint phone lines) * 3 months = $420 --- maybe 1 more month depending on how long rebate takes
$1400+$420=$1820 * 7.75% (sales tax in orange county, CA) = ~$1961 throw in another $20 for "fees" on the phone plan.
You're breaking about even with the $2000 costco gift cards. Take note costco gift cards are pretty liquid (gas, food, supplies). If you're using executive membership then you get 2% back. Either way, read the fine print yourself. No stipulations on the number of lines/phones you can buy, no stipulations on which plan you get. Almost no stipulations whatsoever.
Lots of ways to benefit such as... using a discount plan (military, 55+). Buy more than 4 phone lines, the more phone lines the cheaper $/line. But also if you don't fill out the forms correctly, $2000 down the drain.
Time is something you cannot buy more of and I'm not sure I want to spend that precious commodity on buying/ reselling. But I mean..... 4 free phones. I'm an Apple guy, but I dig it. My use case for an android outside of buy/ resell: car gps. slap an old phone in the car with a cheap phone plan and you end up paying literally LESS than what it costs to buy the car GPS trackers with the service. lol.
You Pay = $1700 + Taxes (let's just call it $125-$175) so now you've paid $1875
You get = $2000
Profit = $2000 - ($1875) & you get 4 new device that you have to unload.
you have to deal with sprint to not only unlock all the devices, you have to deal with them dragging their feet while still billing you.
In short, you pay up to $1875, plus $500+ in PITA time wasting hassles dealing with sprint, the paper work, managing the BS, having to sell phones you don't want or need, and the regret that you made an easily avoidable mistake.

Can take months to get the rebate and it's in store only. Costco during pandemic. Fun times and I would have to buy a membership.
