*** UPDATE -- free AAL ends COB Thursday, 9/24! ***

It appears that another T-Mobile "Line On Us" for existing customers is coming this Friday. No word on the duration of the promo. Voice lines only.

It also allegedly stacks with the prior free lines. I'll update with any cheap/free phone deals that may be available...

Look up your SOC code (pasted from prior deal thread -- can't create a Wiki for some reason):

How do I look up my SOC code?
If you want to know what your SOC code is, login using a web browser so you are looking at your account. Be sure to enable "Web Console". (FireFox --> Menu --> Web Developer --> Web Console) Pop over to the Network tab and look for an XHR request to "Subscriber".
you'll see your SOC Code in the Response section. For example, here is the relevant section:

````
{
"ratePlan": {
"name": "Simple Choice North America 10GB Family Match Promo",
"planType": "SIMPLECHOICE",
"socCode": "10SFM2LN"
}
}
````

You need to be on the "home" URL when you enable the tools. I've attached a screenshot that shows (circles) all of the areas you should be at or click to ensure you can see the SOC Code. Sorry if this is too complicated - just trying to share info.

For your plan code view in Chrome:
View>Developer>JavaScript Console. Then tap Network tab then XHR tab.
Then go to the main T-Mobile account homepage (the magenta square with white T in the upper left…or refresh it if already there).
In the Java window, single-tap Subscriber (or type it in the Filter search tab if you can't find it, then single-tap Subscriber)
Tap Response tab (if not already selected). In that long string, you will find the plan and socCode.

You have to find a rep that is willing to switch you to the 2/$120 T-Mobile One plan which is $96 after hook-up then you can get the two free lines and the Netflix credit. My lines got screwed up last time so I used that as leverage and everything went pretty smooth.
I don't think they will give me two free lines..

So, I just got the email that SIM is shipped. Online account details shows, line added, plan total increased by $16 (25-5 auto pay - 4 hookup discount), but no mention of latest promo under promotions. However, I did got a text that Congrats! You will receive your promotional service discount from T-Mobile as long as you maintain eligibility. Does that mean, it's a free line?

On a related note, there is lots of mixed info, as to from what carriers you'd need to bring the number to qualify for $250 BYOD rebate, does anyone know, if Visible (Verizon MVNO), would qualify for the $250 rebate?
Me too, received the congratulations text at 2pm today, ordered my SIM card on the 18th with my USCFM4 plan for the free line. Now question, did they made a mistake on the June/July promotion and cancelled my free line by mistake. Hmmm...

I added the "Free Line" online as per the Tmobile rep instructions yesterday evening since my account is somehow locked from incompetent rep making unauthorized changes from the grandfathered Tmobile One plan.

Under account - plan details it's showing:

$20 2020 Line On Us 2 (Additional Lines)

IMO, if you're on the grandfather Tmobile One plan, don't let the rep mess with it. Just go online and add the line and it should qualify for the promo. Also got the $10 sim card fee credited to the account. No BS $20 assistance fee via online.

So total is $144 with $5 Netflix Premium upcharge. Kickback on 7 lines.

Again, don't let them mess with your grandfather plan or you'll be spending a few hours trying to fix their screw ups.
How did you do this online? Just added a line in your account using BYOD option? And how did you get the SIM card fee waived?

So if I already added the free line and was assigned a number already from Friday. Can I contact them like next week and present them with one of these numbers to port and qualify for the $250 rebate?!?
Yes, since you need to get a free line number first activated on a new sim card before you can port in a number. After porting in a qualifying number only from AT&T, Verizon, US Cellular, Spectrum, Claro or Xfinity, you submit the $250 rebate online.

Couldn't get it to work online so contacted chat. Got charged the $20 for assistance setup but that's fine. Free line!

Got my first free line back when there was the same offer a couple months ago. 2 paid 2 free. Not going to complain.

Could get both Free Add a line + BYOD promo giving $250 Reward Master Card, as both are stack-able.... Can't beat anything with Simple Choice Grandfathered plan.... Can't going away with T-Mobile any time sooner....
Can I port a google voice number into the new line then apply for this 250$ reward?

Thanks for the clarification. I have T-Mobile One which required a credit approval check to get more than 5 lines to make the max lines 12.

What is the benefit of messing with Google Voice?
I am not trolling. Serious question.
Seems easier to just to grab one from eBay and know it's actually coming from a competitor carrier.
Why the extra work and risk?

I agree. Will buy an ATT number and port in to get 250$.
Then will I be still qualified for 50% off some phones for the new line? That mean I can get a new iPhone SE for free.Smilie
