*** UPDATE -- free AAL ends COB Thursday, 9/24! ***

It appears that another T-Mobile "Line On Us" for existing customers is coming this Friday. No word on the duration of the promo. Voice lines only.

It also allegedly stacks with the prior free lines. I'll update with any cheap/free phone deals that may be available...

Look up your SOC code (pasted from prior deal thread -- can't create a Wiki for some reason):

How do I look up my SOC code?
If you want to know what your SOC code is, login using a web browser so you are looking at your account. Be sure to enable "Web Console". (FireFox --> Menu --> Web Developer --> Web Console) Pop over to the Network tab and look for an XHR request to "Subscriber".
you'll see your SOC Code in the Response section. For example, here is the relevant section:

````
{
"ratePlan": {
"name": "Simple Choice North America 10GB Family Match Promo",
"planType": "SIMPLECHOICE",
"socCode": "10SFM2LN"
}
}
````

You need to be on the "home" URL when you enable the tools. I've attached a screenshot that shows (circles) all of the areas you should be at or click to ensure you can see the SOC Code. Sorry if this is too complicated - just trying to share info.

For your plan code view in Chrome:
View>Developer>JavaScript Console. Then tap Network tab then XHR tab.
Then go to the main T-Mobile account homepage (the magenta square with white T in the upper left…or refresh it if already there).
In the Java window, single-tap Subscriber (or type it in the Filter search tab if you can't find it, then single-tap Subscriber)
Tap Response tab (if not already selected). In that long string, you will find the plan and socCode.

Anyone know how long it takes TMO to drop the price of a phone after Samsung does? The price of the Note 20 Ultra 5g is already down to $1099 on Samsung's website, but still $1299 from TMO.

Still do-able. I didn't need a phone so went the $250 route myself. Buy an AT&T number from ebay (lots of sellers, I bought from "re-lux" and am happy), call/chat/message to do the port-in, and then register for the $250.

Lots of the phone deals require a port-in which you can use this for also.

I did the Tmobile April -June one, and cancelled all lines in Early June. Am I still good for this promotion?

The 2020 free line on us 2 promo yoi are good as long as you under qualifying plan. Other phone promo you need to wait 90 days after the cancel line. So whenever the June line you cancel add 90 days and see if Sept 21st is pass the 90 days then u are good for any phone promo too.

Idk if anyone mentioned it yet.

Add your free line at Costco. You won't have to pay activation or sim fee plus get $100 Costco card after your submit their promo stuff (take 12-16 weeks to get)
I have two paid lines and I was planning to add a free line. So will Costco add just the free line for me via port-in a new number and BYOD that should make me eligible for the $100 costco card?

There are sometimes cases where it creates a negative line. Before changing plans, I had a line in my base plan that was free but also received Kickback. I don't know whether that was related to the line originally being outside the base plan and later being moved into the base plan, or if it was related to the discount being account-level while Kickback was line-level. I plan to test next month with the new free line.
I can confirm that's the case. Receive kickback credit for free line (original one plan) but only sometimes (random). After I switch to new ONE plan (so I can take advantage of more lines and phone offers), I never got the free line to get kickback again.
After more lines added were added they kick me off the ONE plan and put me in Magenta plan, which mean I lose all my original add-on perks. I asked to be put back to ONE plan. Then I started getting kickback on my original free line again.
So it does happen.

I am financing a few phones with promos and I also have the insider hookup from a few years ago as well as my tablet lines are BOGO as well. My total for all 10 lines (8 voice and 2 tablet) is $213 a month. I'm always checking Reddit, Discord and of course SD to always find line deals.
Is "Line on US 2" the free line for the September 17th and before or the one that started on the 18th and after?

I would be bragging if I were the person with 9 lines for $76 BEFORE KickBack. After kickback I would be at $76-72 = $4 a month !!
(NOT ME !, I found pic on Reddit)
I serious doubt the validity of that photo. $54 insider hookup discount would mean his original price is $270. Which means their bill would be $216 before any kickback.

I added my line today and had to order a SIM card. For some reason they said they were not able to generate a temp phone number and had to wait for the sim card to ship. Meaning, I was not able to port my ATT phone number yet. Will this affect my eligibility for the $250 BYOD rebate since it wasn't all done at the same time?

Photo looks legit to me. My bill is at $131 for 9 Lines, and I only have 3 Free/50% Lines. He has 5, so the additional $30 & $25 discount will bring him down to $76.

The price for 9 Lines is actually $310, so this is how it goes:
$310 - $40 Autopay - $54 Hookup - $30-$20-$30-$30-$30 of Free Lines
=$76
then each Kickback is worth $8 ($10 - 20% Hookup)

There's also another example on WIKI of someone with 10 Lines for $126

Thanks OP. Last month I switched over to T-Mobile Magenta with a 20% Discount

2 (paid) +1 (line on us) = 3 lines for $96 (tax included)

Friday I added 1 free line using this Promo. So now I have 4 Magenta lines for $96. My 2nd grader will have his own number now.

I know some people got a better deal than this but I am happy. Hope I can add few more free lines in the future.
I had 3 lines added for $96 on Sept 4th. Within a 1 day account show clearly $96.00. Now I added 4 free line on us on September 19th, but now account shows 180.00. For 4 lines. After adding 4th line, writhing how many days do you see plan price at $96? How long does i5 take to see the discounted plan in your account.

Insider Hookup discount is after all discount is already taken in. The free lines can't have hookup discount apply to it because they were never charged for those lines. Dear God, just take a look at your own bill to confirm.
