That would be a sweet deal then. I know I added 4 new lines with TMO thru Costco in July. I summited my rebates for $100 each line that same night. Then I ordered 4 new phones from TMO online by doing a upgrade on those lines. Well anyways those lines qualified for T-mobile current promos because it was done within the 14 day remorse period.

I bought 2 iPhone SE 2020 for $200 off each, a one plus 8 for $350 off and a iPhone 11 for $700 off with eligible port in plus trading in a iPhone 8. So most people on Slickdeals told me I would not get both Promo. Anyways I just checked on rebate status yesterday and I was approved for all 4 rebates and it said mailing date was 9-17. I'm pretty stoked about this deal.

Did you get an email saying your order was shipped, and listing your temp numbers? If yes, your lines are activated. You can contact T-mo to port-in without needing the SIMs in your possession.
Yes. I got the email on Friday when the SIM was shipped. Thx

Uh oh, hope this doesn't affect the #s purchased on eBay:

" AT&T only: AT&T customers may be required to validate the port request by replying to an SMS sent from AT&T. If a customer does need to verify their port with AT&T, they will have 4 hours to respond to the SMS sent to their mobile number by AT&T, and T-Mobile will need to resubmit their port after verification with AT&T.

You'll get a text message from T-Mobile to let you know the porting process started."
I have two at&t postpaid lines. 1 ported to this $250 promo and 1 ported to visible for $100 promo. there were no such text messages.

Where did you find that info? Many of us, including me, ported in this week with AT&T numbers bought on Ebay and there was no such validation SMS.
T-Mobile sent this to me on Facebook Messenger. I haven't received the SIM cards yet but received email from T-Mobile stating my account was now active & gave me the temp #s. I was trying to go ahead & port the #s over but since my 4 BYOD devices don't all have eSIM I suppose I have to wait on new SIMs. I purchased from ebay seller Re-lux.

Sounds like someone at T-mo was misinformed or trying to scare you.

I have 4 ATT numbers from ebay already. I just placed an order from Tmobile this morning for 4 lines Magenta Plus. Sims are being mailed 2 day delivery. Can I still proceed with submitting the $250 rebate if I can't complete the port until October? Aka is it the account opening date that the rebate follows? Or the port date? Worried that the calendar will roll to October before I receive my sim cards, and this promotion references 10/1 end.

I am porting 4 #s to maximize the BYOD deal. If I cancel line 4 after receiving the rebate, you guys are saying I would lose the 3rd line free?

Promotions on your insider account will not change as along as you just bring over 2 lines, in your case with 3rd line free it will be total 5 lines.
Promotions on moving lines/account will be gone including any free lines or free device after credit.
You can't port over number by doing COR.
Thanks. That helps in planning. Looks like I gotta do 1 COR plus 2 port out/backs. Might be easier to just do 3 port out/backs.

Have 3 line #'s from old account I need moved to new account New account will have Hookup and 2 phone promo lines + 2 lines BYOD $250 and of course 3rd line free. But I don't want to end up with more than 5 lines on new account once the dust has settled.

So instead of COR (which you said doesn't replace lines on new account but rather adds more total lines) I can send those 3 old #'s to GV (try call forwarding for awhile) and if don't like, can later port those 3 #'s on top of lines 2, 4, 5??? Don't want to port on top of # 3 and lose free line, and not sure if line #1 needs to stay as is.

Jumping through hoops I know. finally broke through the Sprint Curse and account's already opened. If I can do the above I net 2 extra BYOD promos + 2 new free phones, vs. just keeping old account as is and only doing 4 BYOD's on new account.
Old account is 5 for $120 and I think I would lose at lest free line #5 if I did 4 BYOD's/cancel on that account and planned on staying.

If the both tombile accounts are on different names then you can port out and in in couple days without affecting any promotions on insider account. You can also replace your insider 3rd line free number with any number from your old account too. I just did it last week.
Ported out 5 lines to verizon from my tmobile account and ported back in couple days after to wife's insider tmobile account.
But to make it work both accounts must be on different names/ssn.

I purchased from same seller and did the porting last week. I ported over via t-force on fb and never saw such msg. I just got a text stating that <old temp number> was replaced with new ported number and another text stating that porting was successful.

How long does it take for rebates to be approved? Anyone has gotten theirs approved yet?

AT&T has an on-going deal like this since May or earlier. But limited to 2 $250 GCs per account. Read the whole thread to learn about its "warts".

I got that deal (on my name, used my SSN) on another phone number not my primary. After I got the card, I canceled and port out to Mint. Do u know if I am still eligible to get that deal again with my primary number? I just ported out of ATT prepaid to mint mobile a month ago.
