Based on the information from this thread and another community, I created a guide so that more people can hopefully navigate this deal easier and so questions won't be continuously repeated.

They've obviously made a mistake. The summary page says there is a $500 for any eligible phone. However, once you go further in it says that some only get a $300 discount. THus, they obviously forgot the "up to $500 discount"

This certainly seems more reasonable, but is a huge bummer if true, since I was pretty stoked about the $500 for a gs7 (but, since that gs7 is worth like $50, probably should have assumed something was "off").

I am not a Tmobile user so forgive me but I clicked on the last link to get to discord but how do I get the $200 code? I would like my brother who is with Tmobile to order this phone for me.
Is it better to get this online or in the store? the s7 we have has a hairline crack, very tiny though. Thanks

Yes, it doesn't really matter which line you chose to upgrade from as long as it's eligible (no EIP on it). The line does have to stay open for the duration of the bill credit though I believe, so put it on a somewhat permanent line I would suggest.

Its odd, on my sprint app. When I choose upgrade and trade in my current Galaxy S7, it seems to $500 off bringing it to $8ish a month (24months).

Can someone who has done either online ordering or phone/chat please post the fees involved with their transaction?

I see references to a $20 fee, a $25 overnight frt charge, a $7 frt charge.

Obviously calling/chat gives you the option to sweet-talk your way to maybe a better deal.

I want to upgrade two existing lines. What's the cheapest way to go, call/chat/online?

I have the 20% code last year. Looks no for me. Here is responce from T force.


Since you are currently receiving the 20% off Insider Hookup on your account, you would be unable to redeem another Insider hookup offer. The one you have currently in the overall long run is the better deal which is good but we understand any saved money is good. I wish we had a way to allow you to redeem the $200 a 5G purchase device but at this time we would not be able to. Let us know if you had any additional questions!
