No bendable nose strip means these don't work much better than cloth masks for self protection
Hmmm.. Disagree with this comment. Folks please wear the best masks you can find with the best seal, but cloth will be quite inferior to real filter material.

Problem is without a seal these drop pretty sharply in effectiveness. Something is always better than nothing though. For this price not worth it.

OSHA gave these an N95 rating just the way they are.
I just paid 10 bucks more for these at Zoro. Thanks to everybody who posted the sizing advice; these could work fine for my wife. The 3M masks are too large and interfere with her glasses.

If it fits it should work well. 3M are nice because the nose piece bends to seal for different size faces.

one of my orders were crushed and I agree, too small and tight for big fat heads. I went back to the bonafide masks for powecon for both loop and head strap. https://bonafidemasks.com/kn95-re...uthorized/ much more comfortable and better protection if a good fit.
Also you can buy self adhesive metal strips from amazon to help nose bridge on any mask.
A word of caution regarding the add on nose bridge strips you mentioned. These are pressed formed masks and from the pile of damaged ones I received I do not believe that you will be able to use the strips without potentially damaging the mask.
Most I received were damage beyond any use. The deformed ones, that were in the middle of a stack of masks, had the fronts pushed into the center and as I tried to reform one by pushing it back out it caused a deep crease on the right nose form down to the bottom, and small cracks all along the top edge of the left nose form.
I don't know for certain if the added clip would similarly damage the mask when you crush the sides to make it fit your nose shape, but I'd guess the clips were designed more for the softer/flexible KN95 type or the charcoal filtered Velcro strapped kind to create a better seal.
Note - I found out later that these are listed as fitting Med-Sm faces on other websites, and that the elastic straps were designed specifically for this mask to secure it tightly against the chin and nose to enable the mask's seal to work properly, so they are intended to seal. So if you have a rounder/bigger diameter head, or have a larger than medium face shape - they will not be at all comfortable or completely seal as designed.
Imagine if everyone thinks like that. It will be a very long time before you get vaccinated. Just saying.
Exactly. Day 1 the vaccine comes out (and has been fully tested and such) doesn't mean everyone can just go back to normal. It is going to take some time to administer it to the population and make enough to give to people.
I will not stop wearing my mask until after I have gotten the vaccine, but might keep wearing it after that. Seems like humanity is probably headed that way anyways, pretty common in Asian countries.

Even after we beat COVID and from 2021 and beyond, if everyone would just wear a damned mask every time they got a common cold or the flu and decided to go into school, work, or anywhere in public it would save save us all some sick days and and copays.
Same for me which makes them about $3 more than previous deal. One of masks was crushed due to padded envelope so I guess it comes out to about the same.
They fit okay if I add felt and metal strips.
Not sure. Would be kind of annoyed if they shipped in padded envelope after charging 3x the shipping.

Is it possible to use a mask brace? (https://www.kickstarter
It's meant for surgical masks, but I don't see why one can't use it over a respirator.

No promises though.
I personally will be wearing a mask until not only is a vaccine available but it has gone through a decent portion of the populace.
