3 years ago on prime day I bought my 3 grandsons fire tablets. Just bought regular tablets and didn't bother with kids version. Their ages at the time were 4, 6, and 8. They progressed through age appropriate things these last 3 years. The 4 year old started with picture books and on to reading kids books. Now all 3 play the games. Looking to get a new one for the middle grandson who smashed his screen a few weeks ago. Still usable but has cracks over the screen. So yes they can break but it took 3 years for 1 to break and these 3 boys are not the most careful with their things.

Manufactured hype with Amazon knowing Sheeple are incapable of independent thought.

The only thing that matters is: Is the item you need cheaper than it's ever been? Use price trackers to know.

I have no doubt there will be some good deals. I also don't doubt that on the whole, their pricing will be average.

I require so many $5-10 credits for counterfeit or poorly represented AMZN Warehouse items every year that my Prime is paid for. Amazon does refund money but you have to ask.

I have the hd 10, wife has the HD 8 plus. The screen quality is slightly better on the 10. The decision comes down to device size for the most part. The smaller device is easier to hold and lighter, more compact for travel but with smaller screen size. The wireless charging on the HD 8 is a pretty nice feature too.
