Please be aware that you only get 3 GB of data for the whole year. Once you use up your 3 GB of data you cab buy 1 GB for $10

I think you should be able to activate it on your locked Tracfone, you don't need to keep existing balance, since it should be close to zero then. Their support should be able to help, since you just want to switch SIMs and keep using Tracfone. Let us know if you try it and if it works or not.

This is for a very light user which isn't for me but I am buying for someone else. It is a great deal. You are pretty much paying $2.50 per month. This is cheaper than H2O Wireless ($10 plan with 90 day expiration at 5 cents per min/text). 3GB data equates to 250MB usage data per month but this isn't a set amount monthly data so one may use 150MB data in December and then use 350MB data in January. H2O data is ridiculously expensive and is pretty much unusable. H2O doesn't carryover and Tracfone does. Goodbye H2O. Hello Tracfone.

How soon do they ship the kit? I ordered two days ago and have not received shipping info. Is it that they don't offer tracking info or it is just not shipped?

cheap UPS Ground.... 7-9 days. It is a letter so I doubt it includes tracking. Postage stamp.
