On the plus side, it's reasonably priced, especially in this COVID-starved market environment. It has a good maximum resistance of 280 pounds. It covers a variety of basic training exercises. It's a fairly compact unit.
There are two cons. The first is something we've come to expect from foreign manufacturers: quality control is a hit or miss proposition. If you're lucky (95%), you get all the parts, the parts all fit, and the machine works as it should. If you're unlucky (5%), then you end up with a less than perfect product. In rare cases, the machine is unusable or breaks soon after being used.
The second con is the one that troubles me the most. It's that the weight resistance is so irregular. For example, the chest press loads increase as follows:
Chest Press (lbs)
#Plates ....... Resistance ....... Difference
==================================
1 ...................... 33
2 ...................... 62 ...................... +29
3 ...................... 87 ...................... +25
4 .................... 105 ...................... +18
5 .................... 129 ...................... +24
6 .................... 158 ...................... +29
7 .................... 176 ...................... +18
8 .................... 202 ...................... +26
9 .................... 224 ...................... +22
Other exercises increase differently, some with increments as small as 10 pounds, some with increases of more than 40 pounds! None of the exercises increase with resistance uniformly. (Click on thumbnail below for resistance chart.)
I'd be willing to roll the dice on getting a "good" machine. However, I'm not sure that I would enjoy using a machine with such a haphazard loading chart.
EDIT: If you're interested in modifying the machine to reduce the resistance, here's a YouTube video that offers up a solution: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G...ann

My only real complaint is there are no workout instructions. They provide a chart with workouts for ALL of their machines, but nothing specific for this machine. It would be nice to know what this machine could do without guessing.

I had the same problem with my handle.. took forever to finagle it in place after giving up waiting on hold. Mine also tends to bang against the bawl cover plates when you lift the weights. I think because some of the pieces bent a bit in shipping.
Mine came with a workout sheet buried in the box..

I just opened mine up from
Last order and jr does have a work out list. Pretty detailed too. Dm and I'll send it to you via email.

edit: I pulled the trigger and bought it. Then bought some pads off Amazon for 24 square feet of coverage for $30. This isn't a perfect substitute for the full gym, but it'll be a great start.
