Therefore, the 75" version is the worst choice and actually cost more than the 85" version when looking at cost per square inch of screen

There are so many new features being introduced with HDMI 2.1 that the 2020 TVs have to make compromises here and there. Even getting the wrong HDMI cable (even though it advertises ultra high speed) can still lead to issues.
Too many risks and variables to take into account right. So I totally agree with other people to wait for next year's models if future proofing and next gen gaming are important for you.
If these features don't matter, then definitely get this deal if you can.
So respectively the x950h is about $700 and $1000 more than the 900h.... (current price difference and sale price difference is about that same gap)

The prices I was referencing were on greentoe with current x950 prices compared to sale x900 prices. (About $700 difference on the 75" and $1050 difference on the 85"). This is unless the x950 goes on a better sale than it currently is.
I really like the 950 better, just not sure if it's worth that much more compared to the 900. If they were not next to each other, I would probably not notice the picture quality difference. But next to each other, there was definitely a difference, but not huge difference
