I bought one of these during the last sale for $969. it is a phenomenal TV for me. i don't game, just watch movies and stream YouTube videos.
Haven't heard if Amazon or Costco will be running the same price. I plan on getting another one for the bedroom. I called Best Buy and asked if I buy now ($1399) if they would refund the difference during their black Friday sale. they said no. does anyone have any experience to the contrary?

The Costco X90CH comes with a 5-year warranty from Sony, and the 900H is only 1-year warranty.
I really wish Costco would price match but the rep said they will not price match any stores. And technically the Costco one is a different product number and model, even though its the same damn tv.

At the time of the deal in October, Costco added an extra 2 years if use had a credit card with them which brought the TV to 7 years.

If so, you could buy this TV now and ask for the BF adjustment once the sale hits. It may not go down to $970 again but it should go down to the $999 Best Buy BF price.

So as far I see right now, the next best deal would be the Samsung 65 Q7DT Series that is $1,099.99 (Right now) that also includes "The Allstate Warranty plan. Formally Squaretrade.
Year 1 manufacturer, year 2 Costco Concierge, plus years 3, 4 and 5 with Allstate enrollment.
From my "limited" research, Q7DT Series would be comparable to the Sony X900. The X900 is a better tv based on my limited search.
