I also called today and a case was opened to investigate the issue. I am positive that I entered the code. But they didn't see it for some reason. This is for my wife by the way. I got my 400$ one month ago. Thanks.
Because people are getting it early, now everyone wants it early too, or?
I suspect that the noobs that actually didn't enter the code are going to ruin it for everyone that actually did enter the code properly.

Slickdeals users are smart people. we are here to save money. The people who have NOT received the bonus yet did enter the code. (for eg; in my family we both entered the code).
According to Capitalone, they don't see the promo code in their system.
I suspect there is a bug in their system which is NOT capturing the bonus code correctly.
if you have entered your code and if you have NOT received your bonus yet, my suggestion would be to call them. If the code is reflected in their system, we would have received the bonus by now.
do, do not wait until mar end for the bonus to show up (if you opened the account during nov)
Same case here.
Pretty sure they purposely toggled off the bonus to save money, they probably figure most people will forgot to follow up.
In the future, I will do video screen record of myself entering the code.

Correct
Called the Customer center and they said, I didn't submit the promo code. They have raised the exception and I will get a response back within 20 business days.
1) Their website has malfunctioned and didn't register a lot of us (and others) entering the promo code, and hence it's an honest mistake that we aren't getting the bonus without having to call and start a ticket
or
2) They had an overwhelming response, they're not automatically doing the bonus after 90 days in the hope that a lot of us forget we were apart of this promotion & don't follow up on it.
Called Friday and ETA was 20 days but bonus got posted today. Not sure from the manual review or by natural process. Either way I am happy. Good luck to you all. Thanks.
