I am not sure where you are getting run over her, is it because the credit should be more than $700?

$700 is the right amount. They have been charging me $18.xx the past 3 months. And will continue to charge me that amount. I'm sure I'm losing out somewhere.

Yeah i saw this thread and happened to click on it because I wanted to see if people are having issues still. I had the same issue with iPhone se 2 from Walmart last summer. You need to get in contact with someone from Walmart mobile services. Your cell phone provider won't be able to undo the phone attachment to the account. It was a huge pain in the ass that involved me going to the local att store with credit card receipts and cancelled orders, waiting on support lines forever, talking to MULTIPLE Walmart reps. Finally Walmart was able to fix it. We ended up just buying the phone from Apple straight and paid full price. Huge mess and fark Walmart with a fence post.

Sorry to resurrect this thread, but came across it while searching.

I was going to do the trade in promo (as a new port in customer from Verizon prepaid) straight with AT&T in store. Planning to buy 3 iPhone 12 Pro Max for 3 lines and trading in an iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and a Samsung Galaxy S9 (bought this specifically for the trade in promo).

If I do it straight with AT&T, I get $700 per device spread over 36 months. But reading this deal from Walmart, it seems the bill credits are spread over 30 months. Am I correct in my interpretation?

Also, Walmart will give me $200 off each iPhone I buy… once I buy and receive them, I will need to go to AT&T store to hand them my old devices for bill credits to start. I am wondering if AT&T will honor the 30 month spread instead of 36 months as listed on their website. Any other problems that I need to watch out for?

Can I do this deal in a Walmart store and take possession of the new phones immediately in store? Is Walmart still giving out SIM free models?

Thank you for any expert guidance.

Well for anyone that hits this thread, Walmart is offering 36 month agreement, not 30. It is a typo.

Finally did the deed at Sams Club. They are offering same terms as AT&T, but giving $250 in bill credits over 25 months per line. Plus waived activation fees.
