Right, I was not charged at Costco either. The $50 and $95 charges were printed on one of the 3 pages Costco mobile kiosk rep handed to me.

Had similar experience with Costco in September, and this time too. It seems we can just ignore those numbers. My actual bills did not have any of those charges back from September.

I don't see those numbers. I only have rebate sheet and also the one I initial and sign. None of those two sheets have the numbers you're talking about

Could anyone know if I can trade in a Iphone with touch Id issue ( touch Id not working) I saw one in my local craiglist , not sure if it can pass the trade in.Thanks.

Mostly it should. As long as screen is not cracked, they don't generally care. I would just be careful of Craigslist in general, some of my friends have been burnt before.

Based on what zeta said, looks like I was wrong. So probably not worth risking it.

T01491 was supposed to be the one valid through 12/3. But they pulled the rebate early on 12/1 or so it seems. Also, they changed the promo code to T01540 from 12/4 onwards.

Unfortunately, your best bet would be to go to Costco and raise a ruckus.

Another option would be to put the purchase date as 12/1. That's how they got the rebate to print - by going back a day. So you should be fine. I am not sure if they actually check when you added the line, they look at when the Control Number was created. If it does get rejected, you can then raise a ruckus.

The $50 is your monthly charge and the $95 on the first month is because you joined mid-cycle and would be charged for this month's partial period as well as next month's period.

The $50 however reflects what your additional line charge would be without any discounts (for auto-pay, anything else). So, for example, on my Magenta plan, it said $25 and $50 but would actually be $20 and $40.

Total Monthly Charges $25.00
Total First Bill Charges $50.00

If they didn't print this for you, you should see it in your T-Mobile account when you see account history. It is titled "activation service agreement".

Thanks as always, guess I will avoid this. need phones to do trade in, I saw a brand new seller on Ebay last night listed 20 more Iphone 9 plus for sale for $151, looks like scam to me, sold out this morning. I am unable to find one for less than $200.

thanks i might try backing the date, but i am going through all the codes to see if there is one that correlates between t01491 and t01540. report back soon

Costco extended the $200/new line BYOD again that ended on 11/25, 12/1, 12/7, 12/10 and most probably now until 12/31 unless T-Mobile pulls it again. This stacks with $100 Port in T-Mobile MC.
