On Tmo Amplified. Confirmed via chat that I'm eligible for a free line. Also confirmed that it can stack with Google Pixel 4a 5G promo and $100 port in promo. However, I was told Google Voice number does not qualify. Has anyone tried and succeeded with a Google Voice number?

Anyone able to successfully get the free line and the free Pixel 4a 5G with eligible trade in?
Rep I chatted with said to just add the new line and buy the phone and the new phone line will automatically be credited on your bill. Did the same with the last free phone line and worked out perfectly. You don't need to do it through a rep.

Did you do this online? I don't see a chat option on the website, only call in.

Chat is telling me my plan is grandfathered and to get the free line they have to change it and then change it back. Anyone have experience with this?

I'll be up to 3 free lines after this. What am I supposed to do with the free lines though? Yes, I guess I could put family on and eliminate their bills.

But, is there any way to ever get any of my 4 real phone numbers onto any of these free lines and then cancel a paid line to save money? I didn't think that was possible.

Where is the link to the free phone add on? I don't see it anywhere on the T-mobile website or even mention.

People... Focus...

The question has been asked multiple times on how exactly do you verify that the promotion went through. When checking out and paying $10 for a SIM card, it shows that the monthly plan will be $20 per month. So does the discount apply when activating the SIM card?

Im on T-Mobile One Military with 2 lines. Was able to get the free line with $10 Sim card shipped, Free 5 day shipping. And $20 service charge waived.

Will this new line be T-Mobile One including 4G unlimited data? or Voice only?

After a year, you can cancel your paid lines and keep your free ones (just keep two paid ones on the account to maintain the free lines).

If you're trying to keep the phone numbers, then you'll likely have to port them out and then back in replacing the free line numbers. Not sure anyone's confirmed if that works though.

Did you try 5G?
Actually when I upgraded to the new iphone 12p, it did make a big difference.

Part of the issue, I travel for work. One of my job sites is about a 2 hour drive from my home. The most direct route takes me down a state route basically the whole way. I don't have coverage for about 70% of that drive.

One other spot was my drive to the boonies that my girlfriend likes to take to go to this super local home made ice cream shop that is actually AT THE DAIRY FARM. it's super cool. No service there or back basically.

Just small annoyances.

Otherwise? It was pretty darn good!

But through total wireless, which is prepaid verizon basically, you can do 4 lines for $100, unlimited everything. So switching back.
