The last "free line" wasn't free, and made me lose my grandfathered plan, even though I was promised multiple times it was fine. Proceed with caution.

Fastest deal ever!

1) go to Costco and ask to add a line. Give them my phone number and PIN to select add-a-line.
2) give him my port-in number and google voice voicemail PIN code after unlocking my gvoice number.
3) sign some paperwork
4) mypromochoice.com — fill out the info from the paperwork for the $200 Costco cash card
5) fill out the t-mobile promo site for the promo code in the wiki

The line already shows up as free. Easiest deal ever!

I have amplified TIUNL2 and its on the code list but the rep is telling me I'm not eligible after I went to Costco and added the line...2020 Line on us 3 is not showing up on my account. Its already showing up on my brothers account.

Interested in this too. When I was trying it, along with having to upgrade my account it wants to add 20 dollars a month for the line.

Got the line added at Costco, confirmed it's showing as $0 and T-Mobile rep also confirmed it. Submitted the Costco Cash card form as well. Thanks to everyone who contributed to this thread!

Called 611 to confirm my plan (Tmobile One) is eligible for this promotion and then head to Costco warehouse directly to ask rep open a new line and honor the 200 rebates for me. Easy! Complete in 20 minutes!

Now I see the new line in my Tmobile account shown as $0 and also submitted a rebates request.

BTW, I am not charged a penny for either SIM card or assistance fee.

The store fixed everything and didn't charge me anything and had to get a new sim also.

I use this for the port in.

Just remember to check it here first before calling in.
