The last "free line" wasn't free, and made me lose my grandfathered plan, even though I was promised multiple times it was fine. Proceed with caution.

Login to TM --> Go to Accounts tab --> Expand cost details (https://my.t-mobile.com/account/cost-details), [t-mobile.com] you should see 2020 Line on Us 3 (Additional Lines).

Last time around there was a specified requirement that bring line from selected carrier and get $250 BYOD. This time T&C doesn't seem to include that text, so I guess, GV should work.
Yes its eligible

LOL same thing happeend to me and another guy ahead of me. hes been there for 3 hrs! the total time I spent there was also about the same with me going back n forth to get a sim card. because apparently this costco doesnt sell sim cards by itself. he was pissed. i was pissed. he got the costco manager involved. he and i both ended up receiving the rebate form (me without adding a line yet!) imma add a new line at home then do the rebate. the rebate form has the tmobile kiosk info that u need to input into their rebate site.

We call it in and give our dealer info so that we get credit with Tmobile for activating the line we generate everything for rebate when we put our sale in. The only thing we need to generate it is phone number and imei Costco member info
@Nirokogaseru Do you know if Costco will extend the $200 GC to Friday?
How is LoveLiveLaugh able to fill out the rebate if he adds a line himself?
I have the dealer info from my previous transactions in september but I haven't gotten my line added yet.

I read costco rebate form again and it clearly said "In warehourse only. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions. Device must be active for at least 3 billing cycles". Since costco $200 card is also T-Mobile rebate (just in the form of costco card), would it be risky to combine with $100 port-in rebate? If we submitted two, could both rebates be screwed?
I also have same doubt, it would be risky imo, as if you see costco rebate form needs the phone number used at the time of adding line ( new number if not ported at same time) and that number is printed on rebate letter costco rep would have given. If you port in other number then the number would change ? Can any expert confirm, explain or suggest

I chat with 2 reps and they both said the First Responder plan was eligible with the free line

Can anyone else chim in? I am scared now. I don't wanna ruin my First Responder plan, nor pay for an extra line lol.
T-Mo says that Military, First Responder, Unlimited 55, and any promotional plans that already have free additional voice lines do not qualify.

I can't find it anywhere in the app either. Open this link in your browser (phone or desktop) and you'll see the promos listed there: https://my.t-mobile.com/account/plan-details
Earlier I did a chat with t-mobile rep in app and asked instead of assuming their backend would auto-make it free. I never saw a promo listed either...or couldn't find it.

I had the same thing..about acct being flex pay. Do you have business plan? Thx
Quote from angel5000 :
Rep said costco system have to generate the sales for the $200 gift card to be valid. if t-mobile add the line, costco would lose the sale and i'd lose the $200 gift card.

Just very strange that out of nowhere my account turns into Flexpay.

I currently have 4 lines on Magenta plan$120, here is the plan detail with promo:
Applied discounts and promotions:
$10 AutoPay Discount
$10 AutoPay Discount (Additional Lines)
$20 2020 3rd Line On Us 2 (Additional Lines)
$20 2020 Line On Us 2 (Additional Lines)

Do I still eligible to add another free line? I just tried to add a line, it says that my monthly plan due is $20, I saw previously someone said that the $20 will be credited as bill credit, could anyone please let me know if it's the case? Thanks.

My SOC is on the List. Went to Costco, and just told Kiosk to add a Line with BYOD for the $200 rebate. Came home 1 hr later, and it already shows up on My Account. I have 10 Voice lines now.
