Porting in from various networks: don't use Google Voice, Boost or any MVNO that uses Tmobile as their network. Even if the rep let's you do it, your rebate will get rejected later.
It is not known if you can stack the costco $200 with the tmobile $100 but one thing to note is that the costco rebate is by Wireless Associates which runs the booths in Costco, while the $100 is directly by T-mobile.

Last time around there was a specified requirement that bring line from selected carrier and get $250 BYOD. This time T&C doesn't seem to include that text, so I guess, GV should work.
How is LoveLiveLaugh able to fill out the rebate if he adds a line himself?
I have the dealer info from my previous transactions in september but I haven't gotten my line added yet.
Can anyone else chim in? I am scared now. I don't wanna ruin my First Responder plan, nor pay for an extra line lol.
