Porting in from various networks: don't use Google Voice, Boost or any MVNO that uses Tmobile as their network. Even if the rep let's you do it, your rebate will get rejected later.
It is not known if you can stack the costco $200 with the tmobile $100 but one thing to note is that the costco rebate is by Wireless Associates which runs the booths in Costco, while the $100 is directly by T-mobile.

Last time around there was a specified requirement that bring line from selected carrier and get $250 BYOD. This time T&C doesn't seem to include that text, so I guess, GV should work.

I'm basically done. Went to Costco got the free line. Tmobile chat mirrored my addons like OnePlus promo and kickback from other lines. After that was done had rep port in new number.
Now just need to submit both rebates. Kinda debating on buying a cheap S7 to trade in for free Pixel 4 tho that phone kinda sucks.
rep told they can do it but will charge $20 support fee - or i can just do it online
