The last "free line" wasn't free, and made me lose my grandfathered plan, even though I was promised multiple times it was fine. Proceed with caution.

You should be able to. I added the line via Costco, including port from GV, and then was able to get pixel 4a for free but paid taxes.
Will this void/cancel your $200 Costco Gift card as you are not bringing your device anymore?

I was told that I qualify to get the Pixel promotion after doing what you did but it was mentioned to me that it will mess up my Costco GC as the line will be associated with a different IMEI number and not the one I used when I did the BYOD at Costco

I did not want to risk losing the $200 Costco Gift Card

Anyways of getting all three promos? ($200 Costco, $100 Tmobile ported number & Pixel promo)

yes, you cannot use the temp number, please resubmit your claim using the correct number.
Seeking for an answer here.
I got the new line from Costco kiosk without doing a port in.
Then I submitted the rebate form online with the number I got from Costco and I am not sure how can I take advantage of the $100 port in promo ? What happens if I port in the number from other carrier for $100 promo? Do I lose the $200 Costco deal because technically I am submitting the rebate with the temp number. I cannot resubmit the rebate because control number is already being used

I have the older plan (One Amplified) and have 4 lines. Could I get 2 free lines?

Is this something i can do online, or do I need to call customer care?

you should be fine, the costco promotion is you just have to activate a line there, doesn't matter if you port or not
Costco promo paper says that we have to use the permanent number for port in. If he/she ports in now the number on the rebate form becomes a temp number?

Added free line with pixel 1/2 off promotion. Activated sim already owned. Calls/internet were working. Now account history shows line is suspended. SMH.

It's limit of 1. Just call and ask if you are eligible.

OK, so I have an interesting question. I know you can't get a free line and then cancel an existing line. My plan is 10SCFM4, which is not on the eligible list. I didn't qualify for 2020 Line on Us 1 (I think around the June timeframe) but I got the 2020 Line on Us 2 (around the Sept timeframe). I want to try to add a line for this promo (2020 Line on Us 3?); but if I don't get it for free I'll just cancel it. The question is will that "invalidate" my free 2020 Line on Us 2 that I got for free, since technically I'm canceling a line (though not an existing line).

all the promo paper asks us to enter is a permanent wireless number. it does not ask for the activated number used in the promo

read the paper. all the instructions it lists to fill out the online form come with (parantheses) that tell you specifically what to enter. "IMEI number (written above.) Control number (as shown in upper right corner)" for wireless number it simply states "permanent wireless number." it doesnt ask for the activated permanent # written above, it doesn't mention anything about activated number or number associated with promo

I added only one line and when I tried to send the submission, I got the message that " We already have a rebate submitted for this Control Number". Is it possible that he gave same paper to someone else too, since info was filled by him using hand? Is it allowing you to submit the rebate?s
I just submitted 200 rebate for costco lines without error message. For my case, rep only filled the kiosk#, no IMEI# written. That's why I am still confused LOL.

Will changing the number by porting still qualify it as FREE line?

Porting in will never affect the free line. Porting out will cancel the line and no way to get it back. So be careful if you have to port out the number in the future
