Why you don't trust OP's listed not stackable deals with free line offer? Each different T-Mobile agent may give you a different answer on a same issue.
I do trust OP's advice that's why I didn't do P10 ($99 Galaxy S20 FE). I went with P14 (Purchase a new eligible Samsung Galaxy superphone using T-Mobile's Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) and trade in an eligible phone to save up to $500 with 24 monthly bill credits.) --- does not require adding a line. Just on with rep now, waiting for 1-hour... rep says they are basically the same thing, I insist it isn't and to move me to P14. Put me back on hold to make change... we'll see

You always use the main number you are going to port in.

Data point - Free iPhone 12 mini for existing customers promotion is is showing for line under promotions once order moved to shipped. However, Pixel 4a 5g 1/2 promotion is not showing under promotions for free line once order moved to shipped.

Further, rate plan shows full monthly payments for pixel on free line while iPhone shows discount on existing line.

T-Mobile chat was going to do it for me yesterday on the same code but since I already had a third line they weren't able to add any additional lines. You can keep trying to see if you can get someone willing to do it.
first hit was a no go

Sorry I was confused of those deals.
I only did add the line and go for the $200 cash card deal to not have any problem which I need to deal with in the future. But there are too many T-Mobile offers, I think even T-MOBILE agents get confused about them which can screw up people. Wish you good luck!

I had this plan for almost 10 years. It is very good for a family need 5 lines and under. PAU is greatest for data ever!
Thanks for response! hug
Could you tell, what plan did you switch to and why, please?

I had my fives on 2 lines, thus get unlim data on them for $5 per line per month.
On 3rd line it's $20 per month for unlim data...
Cannot do anything these $20...

I do have autopay.
I see folks getting big discount for it!
Not on all plans, I assume...
I guess, I'm not eligible either.

Called 611 with three different CSR's today and all stated my line is a promotion plan and thus, I don't qualify for the free line.

"...any promotional plans that already have free additional voice lines do not qualify...."

Need help for father, well over 55, wanting to keep 2 lines, but looking to switch from ATT to save money. Android phones.

What are his best options?

I read 55+ deal at T-Mobile makes $100 rebate and third phone line ineligible, if he chooses that plan. He can choose any plan, but he's definitely looking to get out of ATT.

He could even do Google FI as 96% of his time is at his home. I tried looking through stackable deals, from all carriers, but can't find best options before they will expire shortly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Mom passed away 1 year ago - day before Thanksgiving -but he wants to keep her phone and keep it active..

Could really use you help. Hard time now.

I see you posted you SOC before and it is not included in the promotion SOC list for the free line so you shouldn't be surprised your account doesn't qualify.

Have people had luck adding in a free phone along w/ the line? I see around 3 phones that are Free w/ adding a line.

Usually when Tmobile has the free line offer they take off the free phone offers.

As the post says, free phone with add a line is not stackable.
