Experience greater power, range, and speed. With an internal and external lithium ion battery, ES4-800 has a top speed of nearly 15.5 mph and a range of up to 28 miles. The bar for high-performance e-scooters has been raised.

For those haven't received the scooter, I took some pictures of the packaging and condition of the unit below. You can see what you are expecting to get ;-)

Got mine today.. I took it out of the box to take a look. You could see they touched up the paint in certain places. Wheels, brake handle bars all appear new. I connected it and powered it on - had 4/5 battery charged. I lifted the front up, spun the wheel by hand to get it going and pressed the go button, motor started and wheel started spinning on it own.

While taking out the handle bar and stem, some rubber plug fell out onto the floor and I figure out where the hell it came from.

Kids should be happy, wish I got another one.
Did you figure out where that plug came from? Same thing happened to me and I totally forgot about it until just now reading your comment.

Take a picture? If it's the rubber plug I'm thinking about, it was just to cover the wires during transport on the stem (bottom portion) before assembling.

Update 3:
I did test drive for about an hour.
1. Good Performance so far. No problem climbing up descent hill.
2. It was pretty dangerous to ride it at 15 mph. I am not sure whether I will need 18.5 mph. maybe it help with climbing up the hill.
3. Front suspension has poor design from es2 It will make big metal sound when impact is great.
4. It is definitely not for rough terrain or brick surface, Wheel diameter is not enough.

Overall, I think it is excellent for $200. I see it pretty dangerous to ride in unprotected road like any other electric scooter.

Ohhh maybe that was it. I have to ask my wife where she put that. Do you know how to connect it to Bluetooth? Which app is it? When I searched for Bird, I got the app to rent the ones on the street. Idk how to connect it because my phone is not seeing the scooter

Segway Ninebot app. You connect it through the app, not your phone settings.

Do you see a Bluetooth icon on your display after it completes powering on?

I've tried connecting both scooters I received to the Segway Ninebot app, trying with both iOS AND Android, with no luck. As somebody who is incredibly technically proficient, I'm still trying to figure out what voodoo was used to get these to connect for some people as from what I've read on other forums, it seems like Bluetooth gets disabled for these commercial scooters.

So make sure your phone's bluetooth is on (but don't try searching for the scooter when pairing comes up), then open the Ninebot Segway application and search for it, my scooter popped up within seconds.

Yes, there is an bluetooth icon that keeps flashing until paired with the phone. There is no voodoo going on, lol. I believe since these are actually renewed by Bird and thus legitimate, they may have made some changes to their FW before sending these out, but it wasn't perfect. Mine fails to update to the latest FW through the app.

Dang, neither of mine naturally show up when the app searches on multiple devices I've tried that definitely do have Bluetooth on.

Try rechecking your wires?

Received mine today. Rode great, really enjoyed using it in the neighborhood.

Question for others regarding charging.

When you plug it in to charge it, mine said 57. That number never changed. I held the power button to turn the screen off, since it was charging, it powered back up, said 68.

It ended up charging to F, but the only way I could tell was by doing the turn off trick.

Do they all work this way?

Recheck your wires, maybe one of them is linked to bluetooth.
