Yes, first unit is fully functional. The only thing I noticed is that the speed setting(sport mode, etc.) does not work when I double click the power button as it states it should. And yes, ontrac delivery Big Grin

Ok cool. You can also change the lights? Your lucky on that 1st unit. I just checked mine and its actually the delivery got updated today. Out for delivery. Hopefully i get lucky same as yours

The first unit has the red S on the dash, which doesn't change if i double click the power button.

I cannot connect to the app, no bluetooth icon is flashing. It only shows for ~1 sec during boot up. After boot up all I see if the (s) sport mode icon. Pressing the power button toggles the light. No other sequence of buttons/triggers seems to do anything. Max speed is 15mph.

I have 1 scooter that beeps when powered on and another that never beeps. Did anybody else get one that doesn't beep when powered on or the battery plugged in?

I went second test drive in urban area.
- It rides smooth on the road and bike lane.
- mine shows sports mode, but limited to 15 mph.
- I foresee knee problem with extended use because your knee will absorb impact from the surface.
- I don't know how to lock this up. I grabbed cup of coffee and could not take these inside. I was so worried I will get it stolen on day 1. Should I bring bike lock with me?
- this save so much more time than bike sharing.
- App keep pop up with firmware update which is annoying since you cannot update it.
- App sometimes cannot keep track the trip.


I really love this personal mobility. This is probably best purchase of the year.

Yes, you'll need a bike lock since this isn't foldable.
