Segway ninebot app doesn't see it, but Nine Dash app does. How is it possible?)
One of the screws missing - is there any chance that walmart would send it to me if I ask them or return is the only their option?

Got mine today. the board shows some wear, but everything else looks good. When I turn mine on, it makes a distorted beep rather than a normal one that I hear on all the videos. Also, can't get mine to connect to the app. Question on all those who can connect theirs to the app, does the bluetooth symbol blink? I've turned mine on and the bluetooth symbol flashes during the startup, but doesn't ever blink again.

Thinking of looking for a replacement dashboard control unit to undo the bird firmware.

Search the box really well. Under all the flaps and plastic. I thought I was missing two screws but found them.

Got mine today, it was in perfect condition except a small crack near the The bottom of the board. I think it was damaged in shipping due to the box rip and the plastic had been broken off in the box. In your guys opinion, is it worth mentioning this to Walmart or should I just go through the warranty program that Segway has?

Mine arrived today. I just finished assembling and taking a quick test ride in 40 degree weather (I should have worn gloves, lol). The unit looks brand new, I couldn't find a blemish anywhere. The grips, deck, tires, handlebars, everything is pristine. Looking forward to spring time when I can really take it out and about.

Both of mine came in mph and have a red S on the screen. Anyone know what that S stands for? Also both do not show the Bluetooth light and will not connect to the app.

Mine came shows .2 km on the app. Came with 77 on the battery looks brand new never been used. Firmware stops at 47 percent. Top speed 15mph
