Tried pressing/holding the button and doesn't light up anything ... The app shows I have 2 batteries though. The red lights on the external battery light up too when the headlight is on.


It doesn't really matter to me as long as that external battery is actually working. I'm charging it to 100% right now and I'm going to track how many miles I will get on a full charge. Hopefully, it's close to 28miles and that will tell me that both batteries are working fine.
My charge indicator on my external battery also does not light up. When the scooter is fully charged it says my range is 28 miles so I'm assuming it is working though.

The scooter won't start moving forward until you push it and achieve a speed of 1.8mph.

Hey when you fully charge the scooter does the scooter display battery bar still blink ?

Edit 1 - You can change the board/deck lights using the M365 tools app.

Edit 2 - You can use the Nine Dash app to change from km/h to mph (I haven't personally done this, but some users have had success with it, there should be a setting somewhere in that app)
Just talked to someone on FB Marketplace who was able to get retail functionality back, he told me he just had to use an OEM dash, update the FW through the Segway app and then change the SN using a program like Ninebot flasher (change the fourth character to a T), after this, he re-installed the original dash. There are tons of generic dashboards out there, so the trouble will be finding an OEM/authentic one.

Good question. I went to test it. It remembers the last setting. So, no, you don't need the app to turn it off everytime.

No vibration and it doesn't make a sound but maybe a beep when you turn it on.
