Max range is quoted based on you running it at max speed. I ran it at about 10 mph and was able to get over 20 miles on it. Let's just say I am at the upper end of the weight limit for this thing and that definitely impacts range.

If i bought one with a warranty and one without. Is the warranty tied to a specific one like to its serial number, or if 1 goes kaput in a couple of years, i can use the warranty and not worry that the warranty was associated with the other model

I ordered one when this thread was new, that already came a couple days ago, then I ordered another on Thursday or Friday and that's shipped, coming tomorrow.

Just got my scooter and it seems to be in basically new shape. Does not look like it was ever rode. I guess I got lucky.

Interesting, so purple circuit board = Aliexpress/aftermarket? Mine also had a purple board and was able to connect to BT.

The Segway app connected but firmware update failed. Is it just me or is it everyone? Everything else seems to work with the app. I was thinking you could change modes and speeds with app, but not seeing it
