Great deal, but phone has terrible touchscreen problems that firmware updates havent addressed. Would not get this.

Bought this phone back in October 4, got in Costco and asked for price adjustment. Customer Representative was nice enough to ask for manager approval to do it. It's very likely the manager will do that since I can still return the phone. Returned phone has closed to no value for Costco.
Soooooo... Did you get the $100 price adjustment today or not?

Have a note 9. Passed the S20 fe on to a family member after trying to switch from it. Colors were too dull compared to my note and the selfie camera was absolutely horrendous. No auto focussing and so soft. Otherwise, it was a better phone than my Note but those were deal breaking issues for me.
I have a note 9 as well, so you don't think it's worth switching over to this s20 fe? My phones battery does not even last half a day now so I'm looking for upgrade option now

Didn't read all the comments but I just wanted to add that I bought two of these phones (S20 FE) from Best Buy (Verizon) and received them a couple of days ago. I had concerns about some of the 'problems' outlined by various people, and as soon as I got the phone and installed the software updates I started running through the tests. I downloaded the touchscreen app and yes, if I start drawing line like crazy with my fingers on the screen like in the video, I will occasionally get some random lines jumping across the screen. But, so far in real life - no problem whatsoever. I never noticed a problem with the 'pinch to zoom' feature, scrolling on web sites, etc. Same thing with camera - beautiful pics.

All I can say is buy it, try it and if you don't like it - return it. We are keeping ours
Same results for me (I just got my phone from Costco). They have a 90 day exchange/refund policy. If the issue is still not resolved by then just exchange for a newer release/refund. Hopefully things will get sorted out in 3 months.

I understood the 90 day return is not a normal refund but for use on a different phone purchase.

I have a Note 9, and the rest of the family has the FE. The FE is much snappier and swiping screens is smoother. The family is not noticing any screen issues, so I'll probably make the switch. Like you, my phone battery within the last month cant seem to make it through mid day. It'll be a nice change to go back to a flat screen. Easier to get a screen protector and scrolling through YouTube/Netflix won't be pain.

So for someone who doesn't really have a need for the Costco Cash Card, this would not be considered a good deal, right?
If you are willing to take a loss, you could sell the card to a reputable site such as CardCash or Raise. CardCash is currently offering $261 for a $300 Costco card (more if you trade for another gift card).

I am tired of waiting for the same thing.
This is not a trade in deal so I don't see a conflict here. You can always get this phone first then do a trade in deal later

I got two on the trade in deal a month ago. No issues with either. We both like the phone.

Have not noticed this at all and have had it for almost 2 months
Got 3 and all have the touch issue. Granted that we all game on our phones and that's the only time we have problem with it even with recent update.

I bought mine without the $100 discount a couple of days ago. Went to store today and they returned $100 + Tax without any hassle. I went straight to store manager who was standing behind the checkouts kiosks.

I have not noticed any touch/screen issues. I don't do any gaming though.

Does the Galaxy S20 FE 5G Smartphone comes with a SIM card inside the box for T-Mobile?
I have an old Galaxy S3 which uses a big SIM card which I think wouldn't fit into this Galaxy S20 FE, nor support 5G. So if I upgrade line, how can I keep using my number and using 5G?

Thanks. Do I need to call T-Mobile to transfer my number to the SIM in the box? or something else I should do?

You can call them but the easiest way is just to log onto your t-mobile account and you can change your SIM directly there.
