Is this flicker free? Looking for a monitor that's good for the eyes, and I feel like viewsonic is the best in that regards.. this may be good but lenovo doesn't give much info

Any good for gaming?
Eh.... Low refresh plus standard 4ms/6ms Response isn't ideal. Also, no FreeSync makes for strike 3.

This TÜV Eye Comfort certified. Being 16:10, they know most people will be using for coding/office work, so it's designed to be less strenuous on the eyes.

Not sure how many traders have $400 though.

I have the same question. I got a 2nd U2412m yesterday to match my existing one. But, at this price, I'm wondering if 2 newer monitors would be better.

This is 3-side near bezel-less while the dell has a full bezel all the way around. Dell looks to be around 82% color gamut while this is 72%. If you want a multi-monitor setup, this would give you a more seamless transition, but the Dell offers slightly better color accuracy.

The main difference is the screen ratio. The the one at Best Buy is 16:9 while this one is 16:10, meaning this one is taller, but narrower. For your purposes, this would be better. Also, this has a much better, more stable stand.
Thanks, repped. 👍 I think I'll get one of these for work and give the Best Buy Lenovo to my teen for gaming.

The 75hz and FreeSync make that one better for gaming than this one, right?

Yes the higher 75hz and FreeSync would be better for gaming than this one. Plus games are more likely to be optimized for 16:9, not the 16:10, but I'm not a gamer so others can correct me if I'm wrong.

Thank you! I was able to get it to $89 +tax with First Responder discount.

I picked up 2 Lenovo L24q-30 with a deal in May and had an old Dell as a 3rd vertical monitor. This will be a nice upgrade from that. I'm a video editor and I've been impressed by Lenovo after being a diehard Dell user at work.

krivera1So,first I login at Perks and click the link to Lenovo... then I search for this monitor using the model number and add it to my basket... i go to my cart to verify the employee pricing, then I click the eb8s 15% cash back prompt (I have their extension loaded to my Chrome browser)... now that I'm in the eb8s overlay my employee pricing is still there, so complete checkout... I still also collect Lenovo rewards points for the purchase...

Hope that helps - Cheers!
