Why wouldn't you run on it? Specs look good for running. Solid frame, 3.75HP motor which should be more than enough for long term running usage.
To be clear, this is not actually a 3.75 hp motor. I didn't realize companies were still pulling this crap and using the instantaneous start up load for hp ratings, but you'd need at least a 30 amp circuit to run a 3.75 hp motor on 110v.

Ok, that would apply for all the home use treadmills. What specifically makes you feel this would not be good for running?

If true it seems to be consistent across the treadmill industry. Nordic track on their commercial model 1750 claims 3.75 chp and only requires a 110v 15 amp outlet.

Not a clue. I suspect whether your can run on it will be more impacted by user weight then anything else.
Just pointing out that the spec is wildly inaccurate and not useful for comparing treadmills or anything else (tool manufacturers finally stopped doing this and started listing amperage instead).

Sorry, confused you with the SDer who said they wouldn't use this for running

Our Bodyguard treadmill from 2006 is starting to have electronic issues, so I've been looking at a replacement. Wife and I do most running outside (day 2,888 in our streak today), but it's nice to have a treadmill inside for rainy days and cold winter days or to just walk and watch netflix/hulu.
Dick's has this bowflex in my area. The employee let us run on the treadmills a week or so ago. We tried the bowflex and the Sole F80. The Sole felt much better for running on and also has the wider 22" tread, which we're used to with the old treadmill. It is more $$$ ($1,600), but I feel it's a better investment for the long term.
Like I said, if you plan to do mainly walking with an occasional jog, this one may do just fine. I just feel that it won't hold up with me @ 200+ lbs running a lot of miles on it.

Totally agree with the Sole being the better treadmill, even if you go with the F63!
Anyone know ease if install? Or should I pay for installation
Install is easy but it takes time. I'm fairly handy and it took me 2 to 3 hours. Granted,I took my time, but that's what I would plan on. One thing to note, its heavy, so unless you have help, get it delivered where you want it.

Finally picked one up.
T10 has 10' screen vs here solid motor and little long running belt

Its pretty easy to install. You might need another person since the base unit and the console is heavy to take it out of the box and assemble them
