To quickly sum up a couple of the bad reviews: hot, loud, some dead pixels, cpu overheating

Other than those few issues people say it's a beast of a machine

I just consider it the dedicated mouse port for laptops. Tend to see only one included on laptops now and speed isn't necessary it.

Or a port to easily install Windows 7 Pro/Ultimate so you an upgrade to a legitimate Windows 10 Pro...

This looks like a rebranded Tongfang case to me.

Great deal. Paid 1.2K for an MSI with similar specs a few months back.

Kind of new to comp specs... What do dead pixels look like and does it ruin the display?

It was a bit exhausting to drill down through the slick ad driven webpage, but I found it: DDR4 3200MHz.

Dead pixels show up as pretty much black dots on your display. I have a couple that have developed on my 32 inch monitor, but they don't bother me because you can't see them really unless you're looking for them or on a light colored screen. I Don't blame them either way.

IMO This rivals some goof BF deals/ If you missed out on a good mid-range laptop, I wouldn't hesitate to jump on this.

Why would you install Windows 7 just to upgrade? That's a waste of time and not a very clean install. Also, I would never install Windows from a USB 2.0 port when there is a USB 3.x port available. Windows installs in about 5-7 min.
