Yea. Initially, I was told no so I thought that was that and missed out earlier this year. Learned that that was not the case through slickdeals and Reddit. When the next free line came, I just played the rep change game until I found a willing rep through T-force. You just have to keep trying. Lots of great reps on T-fore but some do try to only do the minimum.
Did they try to push you to a different plan, or did you have them change it to a specific one?

Not trying to throw this off topic. I was just checking what my plan was. I remember it used to say Simple Choice North America. Now it has change to Simple Choice North America Family Promo. Now I'm limited to 10 GB of 4g LTE per line and data can row over. When did this change and who changed it? I remember it was unlimited everything and it never said that.

SOC list please? I am on the Magenta plan (magenta2 SOC code). I am assuming this qualifies. Also, do I have to go through a rep, or can I just add the line online? The last time I did this, I just added a line online and paid $10 for a sim card.

My tmobile promo for port in got denied for intelligible activation. Not sure if anyone else was able to get that approved.
Call the promo line listed on the denial webpage. I got the same msg, and it turned out that the system recorded my regular TMO phone number... Not the ported in one. The gentleman corrected it and approved the virtual rebate in the spot. Even assured me that it would get to me by Christmas. Gl 🎄

They tried to get me to the Magenta plan. But, from all the great info from slickdeals, I found that I had to ask for a specific plan - FRLTULF2. Then it was just finding a willing rep through T-force.

Unfortunately we are stuck. You lose all free lines when moving to magenta!

That's the same SOC code that I have. It's TMO One 2/$120 plan/8 line limit. Did you already have it or did you have to convert to it?

Yeah, trying for that one, but they keep trying to push me to a Magenta one. Also unsure about the promotions, as I've not had good success with promotions not getting messed up.
