What Do I Need To Do To Get This Offer?
  • This is a targeted offer from T-Mobile and is only open to select existing customers that meet the following requirement:
    • You must have a qualifying T-Mobile postpaid plan with 2 or more lines that falls under one of the following SOC Codes shown in this image (see instructions below on how to find your SOC code).
      • SOC (Service Order Code): The technical term used to describe plans and services that are added to customers' accounts within T-Mobile's billing systems.
    • If you are certain you qualify, login to your account below and:
    • Alternatively, you may call T-Mobile and a representative can assist you with adding your 3rd line.
      • If calling, promotion name is "2020 Line On Us 4".
Instructions to find your SOC code (thanks to Reddit user massiveprodigy):
  1. Using the Google Chrome web browser (desktop version), open the Developer tools panel on the right (Ctrl+Shift+I)
  2. Click on Network tab
  3. Click on XHR tab
  4. Log in my.t-Mobile.com and click Account at the top.
  5. In developer tools panel, choose manageaccount from the list on the left
  6. Account level promos will appear under accountDiscounts
  7. Line level features will appear under lines > # > addOns
  8. If there is a pending change, you can see exactly what it is by clicking productsPendingChange
  9. Rate plan appears under ratePlans
Can This Be Combined With Other Offers?

Hmmm, I was just told this Line On Us 4 promo is a BOGO that can be combined with Line On Us 3. It means adding a paid line though. I'll pass if that's the case.

Yes, my account is T-Mobile One, but the SOC is what you need to check with. There's so many variations even within T-Mobile One.

It took "Line on Us 3" promo to show up in my account (back in November) about 8 or so hours after I added a new line. I'm also waiting to hear if this today is "Line on Us 4" or just a continuation of "Line on Us 3" promo.

Tforce told me it is called 2020 line on us 4, can anyone got this deal to check the soc code of this one promo. If the soc code is different from previous 2020 line on us 3 promo, then it should be safe to add it
