What Do I Need To Do To Get This Offer?
  • This is a targeted offer from T-Mobile and is only open to select existing customers that meet the following requirement:
    • You must have a qualifying T-Mobile postpaid plan with 2 or more lines that falls under one of the following SOC Codes shown in this image (see instructions below on how to find your SOC code).
      • SOC (Service Order Code): The technical term used to describe plans and services that are added to customers' accounts within T-Mobile's billing systems.
    • If you are certain you qualify, login to your account below and:
    • Alternatively, you may call T-Mobile and a representative can assist you with adding your 3rd line.
      • If calling, promotion name is "2020 Line On Us 4".
Instructions to find your SOC code (thanks to Reddit user massiveprodigy):
  1. Using the Google Chrome web browser (desktop version), open the Developer tools panel on the right (Ctrl+Shift+I)
  2. Click on Network tab
  3. Click on XHR tab
  4. Log in my.t-Mobile.com and click Account at the top.
  5. In developer tools panel, choose manageaccount from the list on the left
  6. Account level promos will appear under accountDiscounts
  7. Line level features will appear under lines > # > addOns
  8. If there is a pending change, you can see exactly what it is by clicking productsPendingChange
  9. Rate plan appears under ratePlans

I already took advantage of 3rd free and paying $120 for magenta plan and now 4 line is also free what t force is telling can I trust them

If you have it in writing yes you can, but also just wait for more confirmation if you like to ensure folks are showing both as free which seems to be treading that way.

That has changed recently, I signed up for the Buy One Gift One BF promo and qualified by adding a 3rd line to my 55+ plan for $20/mo. It depends how long you've had the plan I think 24 months is the minimum to qualify.

Having made several calls to T-mobile to get details on the BOGO promo it's obvious many of their reps don't realize you can add a third line to a 55+ plan if you qualify. This add a line promo may exclude the 55+ plan but I wouldn't assume that's a given.
