What Do I Need To Do To Get This Offer?
  • This is a targeted offer from T-Mobile and is only open to select existing customers that meet the following requirement:
    • You must have a qualifying T-Mobile postpaid plan with 2 or more lines that falls under one of the following SOC Codes shown in this image (see instructions below on how to find your SOC code).
      • SOC (Service Order Code): The technical term used to describe plans and services that are added to customers' accounts within T-Mobile's billing systems.
    • If you are certain you qualify, login to your account below and:
    • Alternatively, you may call T-Mobile and a representative can assist you with adding your 3rd line.
      • If calling, promotion name is "2020 Line On Us 4".
Instructions to find your SOC code (thanks to Reddit user massiveprodigy):
  1. Using the Google Chrome web browser (desktop version), open the Developer tools panel on the right (Ctrl+Shift+I)
  2. Click on Network tab
  3. Click on XHR tab
  4. Log in my.t-Mobile.com and click Account at the top.
  5. In developer tools panel, choose manageaccount from the list on the left
  6. Account level promos will appear under accountDiscounts
  7. Line level features will appear under lines > # > addOns
  8. If there is a pending change, you can see exactly what it is by clicking productsPendingChange
  9. Rate plan appears under ratePlans
Can This Be Combined With Other Offers?

I tried to search and find here about Costco 100 promo. But none of them specify if it is a instant cash card you walkout with or rebate submission is needed. TIA

If rebate submission is needed, not sure if it stacks with the free line promo when the terms clearly called out this time about exclusion.

Also there was a secondary step which involved scanning a QR code I don't remember exactly I think it was going under Setting>Cellular and choosing the "Add Cellular Plan" option. My TMo rep was pretty clueless he told me to restart the phone and it would show up automatically but nothing happened until I did the QR code thing.

On their memo it is called 2020 line on us 4. But both Nov promo and Dec promo are in Q4. Let me see if there is a soc code already. If soc codes are different it should stack with NOV promo

I called t-mobile and they stated the amplified plans are ineligible. Anyone else confirm this too?

I went to Costco to add a line, and now I see 2x "Line on Us 3", instead of 1x "Line on Us 3" and 1x "Line on Us 4". Hopefully this gets corrected.
