So here's my story. I added the line in November, which was supposed to be a gift for Christmas for my son. When I saw this thread I called and activated my Sim card. This was for the November free line. Now they're telling me that I can't have a November free line and a December free line. They're saying these two promos overlap and you can only have one.

Am I out of luck because I waited to activate the Sim card they sent me?

If porting from Tracfone AT&T SIM, should you say if it's from tracphone or at&t to get the port-in rebate?
Either or, doens't really matter, just has to be a non-Tmobile carrier

Yes, you had to activate service before the promo ended for the Nov deal. If that line is active you can't cancel it in order to get this deal. You should however quality for this one though, (while keeping the paid Nov line active)

Just because everyone is adding it via Costco doesn't guarantee that it is working and/or will work. Even people doing through TM don't see correct promo on their account.

So OP claims this promo doesn't stack with Costco's BYOD but yet everyone's going that route. I guess OP is wrong?
Quote from artrickwo :
Thank you for the reply. I added the last free line at Costco with BYOD because it stacked with a $200 promo, I have never added a line there without a BYOD. I've read people say they added a line many times at Costco without specifically saying they did a BYOD, or bought a phone, so I just assumed I didn't need one. I do have a phone lying around I can go back and use.

Just got the line added from Costco. There is a $100 promo cash card for BYOD from Costco. I also received an SMS confirmation from T-Mobile stating "Congrats! You will receive a promotional service discount from T-mobile as long as you maintain eligibility"

It did on 12/17. Theres is no port in rebate, user is probably confusing it with BYOD at costco.

Thanks for the clarification. I'm not sure if the byod promotion will work with this given op's comments above.

Has something changed? Thanks again

I've never seen a company like T-Mobile where every single employee will give you a different answer. I don't know if it's lack of training or what but it's ridiculous.

I have lines on One. Moving to 9-12 TForce could do it but my 20% discount was not carrying over so I said no not doing it.

Today I try with TForce again and today everything carries over but the 2 free lines from the summer are no longer free and she said if you switch plans your free lines go away but today's add a line is free LOL . This complete BS as I know as fact they don't go away. TForce is supposed to be the best of the best according to Reddit but so far I'm far from impressed.

What port in rebate are you referring to? The one from last month expired on Dec 17...is there a new one?
