What Do I Need To Do To Get This Offer?
  • This is a targeted offer from T-Mobile and is only open to select existing customers that meet the following requirement:
    • You must have a qualifying T-Mobile postpaid plan with 2 or more lines that falls under one of the following SOC Codes shown in this image (see instructions below on how to find your SOC code).
      • SOC (Service Order Code): The technical term used to describe plans and services that are added to customers' accounts within T-Mobile's billing systems.
    • If you are certain you qualify, login to your account below and:
    • Alternatively, you may call T-Mobile and a representative can assist you with adding your 3rd line.
      • If calling, promotion name is "2020 Line On Us 4".
Instructions to find your SOC code (thanks to Reddit user massiveprodigy):
  1. Using the Google Chrome web browser (desktop version), open the Developer tools panel on the right (Ctrl+Shift+I)
  2. Click on Network tab
  3. Click on XHR tab
  4. Log in my.t-Mobile.com and click Account at the top.
  5. In developer tools panel, choose manageaccount from the list on the left
  6. Account level promos will appear under accountDiscounts
  7. Line level features will appear under lines > # > addOns
  8. If there is a pending change, you can see exactly what it is by clicking productsPendingChange
  9. Rate plan appears under ratePlans
Can This Be Combined With Other Offers?

I have the tmobile one. The rep was helpful and said he could keep everything. I had trouble proceeding with the final step of adding the line so I will have to come in to retail. It's reassuring knowing it can be done. Thanks

Mine doesn't show either. I checked with few rep and they said it's successfully added. So I guess its a waiting game.

Any magic anyone knows to convert my third paid line into a free one? I have 3 paid lines and 2 free ones. I can add another free one, but it would be nice if I could somehow just take $30 off my bill instead.

Took advantage of this today and smooth. I did get kickback added to this free line. I realize there is likely no point since free but I do see it in settings. Has anyone benefited from having kickback on a free line at all?

Just got off the phone with a customer service rep and was told there are no free phones that would stack with the free line offer. If I went with a free phone, the line has to be a paid line. Just putting it out there to save some hassles for the ones who went with the free phones if this is indeed true.
