What Do I Need To Do To Get This Offer?- This is a targeted offer from T-Mobile and is only open to select existing customers that meet the following requirement:
- You must have a qualifying T-Mobile postpaid plan with 2 or more lines that falls under one of the following SOC Codes shown in this image (see instructions below on how to find your SOC code).
- SOC (Service Order Code): The technical term used to describe plans and services that are added to customers' accounts within T-Mobile's billing systems.
- If you are certain you qualify, login to your account below and:
- Alternatively, you may call T-Mobile and a representative can assist you with adding your 3rd line.
- If calling, promotion name is "2020 Line On Us 4".
Instructions to find your SOC code (thanks to Reddit user massiveprodigy):
- Using the Google Chrome web browser (desktop version), open the Developer tools panel on the right (Ctrl+Shift+I)
- Click on Network tab
- Click on XHR tab
- Log in my.t-Mobile.com and click Account at the top.
- In developer tools panel, choose manageaccount from the list on the left
- Account level promos will appear under accountDiscounts
- Line level features will appear under lines > # > addOns
- If there is a pending change, you can see exactly what it is by clicking productsPendingChange
- Rate plan appears under ratePlans

Another use was to put a phone in the kid's bookbag not to be taken out. With Google Family you can see where they are and when the bus drops them off.

They can if you had it on any existing line before on a grandfathered account, I have had it added as have others, but have not heard any success stories on new accounts that never had it.
Normally the issue is getting a rep that will escalate to have it added. Today was the first time I've ever had it escalated but been denied.
According to my rep, they're really cracking down. By end of year One Plus Promo is going to be gone and it (and Kickback) will require further escalation that will only be approved if the feature is missing due to system issues.

and my total went up $80. I know LOU 3 is missing. I hesitant to add another line until this clears up

Your rep couldn't add Kickback. It would require escalation to have it added. Some are a little more willing than others, but most won't do it unless you specifically ask for it.
How do you think he is able to announce these Free Line deals etc. a day before it is available much less mentioned anywhere else????

I have a single line on the T-Mobile One plan with the insider hookup promo (20% off for life). I also have the "One plus" promo I think it's called that gives me unlimited HD video.
Is this free line something I am eligible for and if so do I need to put a phone on the new line right now? My thinking is to add a line if it's free because my g/f will be switching over at some point.
