I tried to add a line online, it shows $10 sim and $310 monthly. Have to try again after the promo end to see if the monthly cost reflects an increase.
I added the free line via T-force along with plan change. Currently, most of the discounts are showing in my account and the new line in the account history shows as being added for $0.00.

Yes I knew it existed I just meant on paper it doesn't. TForce can switch me but my 20% code was no applying so I said no way.
What is the 20% off code you mention??? I'm assuming that's not available right now, correct? Please tell me about it.

I also have T-mobile One with 8 lines already and was told I would need to switch to Magenta to be able to add this free line. Frown

I know this is probably a question better suited for the CSR, but I figured I might as well ask here as well while I'm waiting for one.

I see max is 8 lines. I know that the tablet and watches are assigned phone numbers.

Do those count towards the 8 lines?

Watches are on the $5 DIGITS plan, if that matters. They are associated with the main account though.

Secondary question, If I cancel the tablet plan, how long would I have to wait (if at all possible) to add a free line?

Any info is greatly appreciated.

I am on the original Simple choice 4 for 100 plan with a international plan addon. Now 5 lines from a last addition in june. I added one more line using tforce yesterday. They said I qualify, and charged 10 bucks for a sim. The person said that i should get a text that you have a free promotional plan when the line is activated.

Definitely not new at this. This is my fourth free line. The rep clearly stated it did not require a trade in. I repeat. NO TRADE IN REQUIRED. We will see how the bill lands and deal with it if it is wrong. My faith is with T-Mobile. They have been great.
Save transcript, guaranteed you will be contacting tforce in a few weeks. You still might come out ahead.

Thanks. Does the promo show up as twice the amt for 2020 line on us 3? Assuming u have the free line from November. Thx
Right now, the discount for the 4th free line doesn't show up under the plan. But, T-force assured me that they see the discount at their end. Plus the account history shows as the line being added for $0.00.

Are you currently on a 8 line plan? If so, you need to contact T-force to change your plan to a 9-12 plan. I got mine changed from SOC code FRLTULF2 to TIULFM9.

The 9 line plan starts at $310, but will drop to the same level as 8 line plan after all the discounts are applied.

I just checked my account. The new line shows a $15 6gb data plan. Is anybody else seeing this. Will that drop once the promotion kicks in?

I see the same $310 price change on account history. On your cost details page do you see your monthly plan cost? Mine went down quite a bit. Weird
Yes, it starts at $310 for the 9 line plan. When all the discounts are applied, it will drop back to the same as 8 line plan. That's what has happened to my account so far.
