My plan is never eligible
Thank you for posting this and thanks to T-mobile, too

If you provide your own SIM, you don't have to pay the $10 SIM fee.

So the SIM card can be re-used? How did you add the new free line without getting charged for the $10 SIM card fee?

We took advantage of the Nov 2020 Line On Us 3 deal and did the BYOD at Costco.

I checked the account today and it did NOT show as 202 Line On Us 3, so we called.

They said it was in the system and offered us the additional line for this new promo.

They said we wouldn't see it yet, but the bill would be the same as last time.

We are on SOC Magenta2.

Thank you so much you replied for my previous post. So I need to change from my present SCUTTF4 to SCFUTT6 and then ask to apply sc code from 78 or 128 lines in the spread sheet to get unlimited lines? Is this correct? Really appreciate your help
I think you may have made a typo. You don't get unlimited lines, SCFUTT6 has a 10 max voice line limit. The codes are for free unlimited data with 6GB hotspot. Good luck!

I'm worried that this will ultimately be my situation. I contacted TForce through Facebook messenger asking specifically if our plan (10SCFM4) qualified for the "2020 Line On Us 4" promo. The agent said said yes, we qualified for the free line, so I went through and added the new line right then. In my TMO Account page, the new line is listed showing $0.00/mo BUT the base rate for my plan (Simple Choice North America 10GB with Family Match Promo) went from $120 to $140 Mad which is the typical $20 cost to add a line through our plan.

Do these free lines show up as bill credits? If not, it looks like I'll need to follow up with them if I get charged in the next bill...
Same rate plan. Chatted through the T-Mobile app and was assured twice that our rate plan qualified. Added it and it's shows as $0 in my online acct. I am skeptical but let's see when the bill comes

Wasting your time...
Noone read any more, they will try every which way to get all the benefits. Even next T-Mobile Free line in 2021, we still be seeing the same questions, same complain about T-Mobile screwed them up.
Good luck to all.
I hope I'm wrong, but I do think free line promo would fall off the account, if the line was added at Costco. When that happens, all this text of eligiblity and so on becomes useless. With TM, you can get things back, but can be a nightmare for $100.

P.S.> I am a Costco member, and could have gotten line added easily, but decided not to do it.

I just added a line at Costco and got congrats text for promo but my total went up. Do we have to apply that data trick of changing it to show up?
Does your Account History show it's $0.0? Something like:

New line xxx-xxx-xxxx was added to your account on xx/xx/2020 at xx:xx PM . This line is on the T-Mobile ONE plan for $0.0 per month plus taxes and fees.

Did you port in your number through T-Mobile or Costco? I did the BYOD and port in all at Costco. Looked at my rebate submission on the port in today and said it was ineligible due to doing it through Costco instead of T-Mobile. Ugh!
I did it through Costco, and my submission got denied that it was due to ineligible activation source. When I checked with T-Mo, I was told the rebate was incorrectly submitted under my primary number and not for the ported one. However, I spoke to CS after porting to confirm that Costco activation was eligible for the rebate. I am expecting a follow up from T-Force tomorrow. I had submitted rebate again on 12/15. Let's see.

Another sucker. Phone will be free but the "free line" will be converted to "paid line". Come back in 2 months if your "free line" is indeed free and let us know. Ops post clearly states One Plus phone is not stack able. Yet you disregard it.
I mean, if it happens, it happens, which we'll find out in 2 months.

I see no need to call anyone a sucker at all.

Finally, I didn't disregard it, the rep was the one who suggested it.

6SFMGGBB, but I didn't ask for it specifically. More like if my rate plan qualifies for free data add on that was offered to some Simple Choice plans a while back. Good luck!
Thank you very much! I think it should work on my plan as SOC plan code is same as yours SCFUTT6

Great. Can this be done online yourself? A used SIM OK?

Question for any experts out here. I tried adding a line to my T-Mobile One plan Today bringing me to line 9. I was on the 8 line plan before.

I had This Ones On Us (AAL) on my plan before the change. It disappeared. Now I'm hearing This Ones on Us is not compatible with the 9 line plan. Anyone on a 9 to 12 plan with This Ones on Us working for them?
It's still there on mine, though I lost all kickbacks.
Did you add the line yourself or via chat/live?
You need agent to help convert old 8 line plan to 9-12 plan

Just got back from Costco .... and Costco is giving $100 shop card with this exact promo. I just added a line at Costco.

He said you can also stack this up with iphone SE 50% off deal (not on restricted promo list).

Good Luck!
Wiki says costco byod is not stackable. Is 100 shop card instant or rebate?

I hope it works out for you. Let me know what they say. I'll reach out to T-Force again if you're successful. I don't recall anything in the small print saying porting in with another retailer (Costco) would void the rebate, but then again, I didn't read all the small print either.
