Can you take a screenshot of the This Ones On Us (AAL) showing on your 9 line plan? I got all my kickbacks set and my other free lines but this promo is missing.

I could return the favor with a screenshot of mine showing kickbacks. Maybe together we can help each other out.

First TForce rep made the change to add the line and convert my plan and insisted all discounts would apply. Saw This Ones On Us (AAL) missing afterwards.

Second rep said something about this being a "Line promo" and since the plan is 9 lines for $270 it shows all lines included so there is nothing for the This Ones on Us to attach to.

I replied it was in fact on the account but doesn't show when I pull it up on T-Mobile. Totally weird the different experiences between us.

Anyone know the current "executive email" these days?

The system update midnight. I had autopay and on us 3 missing after conversion. I see it after midnight.

Be VERY CAREFUL with calling after 9pm. As much as I love the personality of our p'nai friends (esp when dealing with Amazon issues), they are so hit-or-miss with TMO. If its something they can do over the course of one phone call, go for it.

However...if its a pending fix, such as something which youll have to wait to see on the next bill,or something which has to ship, watch out. They will promise the world with the best intentions...and even with all of the email and texting proof, cannot deliver.

I was surprised, too. Since with the last free line promotions the reps always said no. Today I tried it via Twitter again with no real hope and was surprised that the rep said yes to move to FRLTULF2 and also transferring the existing promotions on the existing lines to the new plan. So I still have the One Plus Promo, Kickback add-ons on the existing lines plus I now have also Netflix which comes with FRLTULF2.
I also had old T-Mobile SIM cards so the rep activated the new free line on an existing SIM card. I didn't have to pay the extra SIM card and activation fee then.
The only part which didn't work was to move my prepaid T-Mobile Connect number over to the free line as it needs to be a new line or ported in from a different provider. Probably to shine on their internal KPI adding new lines.
I was able to find someone who managed to switch me to FRLTULF2. Somehow I remember having 20gb Hotspot on the old plan FRLTUL2LP. Now I see 10gb Hotspot. I think I had the one all in Plus. Also free line doesnt have any Hotspot avail.

Exclusion is so unclear. Wish Op can clarify on Costco byod
Either
1) line opened thur costco as byod don't qualify as free line

Or
2) line opened thru Costco as Boyd qualify as free line but $100 Costco rebate will be rejected

Or

3). Line opened thru Costco and with qualified Costco phone promo qualify for both since the promo listed by Op are direct ly eip/bill credit whereas, the one for Costco rebate use a different promo codes not listed by Op

Yeowch. No need for personal attacks.

I dont (rather, I cant?) make a rep do anything which they cannot or will not do. If they dont have the power to do something, I drop it and move on--which is what *everyone* here is basically doing whenever they make a request of any sort...to anyone, about anything. I wont comment on my choice of conversation topics. To each his.her own.

Big YMMV...but...the last time this deal appeared (end of Nov?) it was stated that the free line did not stack with any "get an iPhone for $xx when you add a line" deal. This turned out NOT to be true. I remembered that the free line promo earlier in July allowed you to take advantage of an iPhone SE "add a line" offer with the free line, so I thought why not try? I contacted T-Mobile by chat/messaging using the T-Mobile app. Be patient, I had to wait like 30 minutes for them to reply. I purposely made contact through chat so that I could screenshot the entire conversation if anything went sideways later.

First, I asked the rep to confirm that I was eligible for the free line deal. Rep pulled up my account and said yes (I had existing lines with T-Mobile One plan). I then asked what was the best current deal for trading in an iPhone XS. Two offers were presented:

Offer #1: "We have Buy one iPhone, get one on us! For a limited time in all markets, get up to $730 off when you buy two new Apple iPhone XR, iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, or iPhone 12 Pro Max phones (credit toward equal or lesser value device, via monthly Recurring Device Credits (RDC)) when you purchase both on EIP and active a new voice line on a qualifying rate plan (new customers must activate 2 new voice lines). This offer will appear on the customer's bill as "2020 Apple Buy 2 P11."

Offer #2: "Get an iPhone 12 Pro Max for $5/month. For a limited time in all markets, get up to $950 off a new Apple iPhone 12 Pro or iPhone 12 Pro Max (via monthly Recurring Device Credits RDC)*) when you purchase it on EIP, trade in a qualifying Apple iPhone, and activate a new line of qualifying voice service. This offer appears on the customer's bill as "2020 Apple Trade P27".

I specifically asked...multiple times...if I took advantage of these "add a line" offers, would it be a paid line or free line. Each time the rep confirmed that it would be free because I was eligible for the free line promo which could be combined with these offers. So I took offer #2, since it seemed to be the better deal and I only needed one phone.

When the order activity posted in my account, I could see that the new line was indeed free. When I received my first bill after the order was fulfilled, the additional line was free and I received all bill credits as described by the rep. Needless to say, I'm a very happy customer with T-Mo!
Thanks for the feedback. I hope other people can replicate something like what happened to you this time around.

Then that is "Cali" adding the Tax... Added a "free line" in July, no changes to my bill at all.. (Texas)
Where in Texas are you? I pay $4.12 in taxes for my free line. Have another line with a CO area code and used in CO and it pays $4.77 in taxes monthly

I think you may have made a typo. You don't get unlimited lines, SCFUTT6 has a 10 max voice line limit. The codes are for free unlimited data with 6GB hotspot. Good luck!
Yes it is typo. I mean unlimited data. I don't want to loose my family international. In spreadsheet SCFUTT6 says 6 lines . You said 10 lines here. Which is correct? I used to have SCFUTT4 before august they removed my corporate discount and changed the plan. I asked to change back to my previous plan several times without any luck. SCFUTT4 is eligible for free line. Thank you so much for the help

You have to ask. I asked and got a free Samsung A11 two days after I ordered the free line last month.
Thanks for letting us know. How did you add the free A11? In-store or on phone or via chat?

Completely opposite experience, even ToE couldn't fix a couple of issues I had but those guys were spot on all the time. I also find TForce to be slipping as of late. As much as Tmo tried to streamline the CS experience it's still the same as any other goliath CS, works in our favor, I think.

I never have an issue with them adding it to my free lines. Just tell them that you want all your lines to have the same features, be stern!

I just got this done an hour ago and changed the number for the free line I got at Costco earlier.
Thanks

It has almost always been the case that some CSRs will give you a free phone and some will tell you the phone is not free to come with the free line. Also, some CSRs will waive the $20 activation fee, some will tell you it can't be waived for a free line. Try at a different time later and tell them you forgot to get the phone when ordering the free line. I did it two days later last time.

I applied kickback to six lines at once back in 2017 (one year after opening the account)
The last two lines were free, so they cant apply kickback to something which costs $0 (I did try, though)

They applied One Plus promo when I asked. I mainly cited that my other lines already have it, and Id like them to all have the same feature set. No problem on the three occasions that I have asked them to do so (2017, last month, and tonight).

Mind you, all three occasions, the One Plus Promo was no longer openly available. In 2017,I couldve added the full One Plus (with more in-flight browsing, more hotspot, etc) for $5, but I preferred the free one. I cant remember fully, but I think the 2017 rep added them because my account was created during the time the Promo came about.

Is One Plus a different plan? I see on my account as an addon $15 per line.
