I have a LOU3 from Nov. But it's put on account level not on a specific line. When a rep added another free line for me yesterday, the account level LOU3 got removed and I only got one LOU3 on my new line (one $30 discount not 2x). The rep tried to add the old LOU3 back, the system removed it immediately. She finally told me LOU3 and LOU4 cannot be stackable.

Anyone has ideas to move LOU3 from account level to a specific line? The rep said she put it on a line, but it always shows as account level discount on my account portal and got removed by the system soon.
What is your soc plan?
Did you buy any phones or sim card only?

Twitter or Facebook message. They, T-Force, are supposedly better than the phone reps you get via 611.

I had luck thru twitter adding Kickback to Lines that never had it. Took a few times asking every few weeks when I had a different issue to resolve with them.

1. 2020 Line on Us
2. Line from 2017 that never had it activated
3. Another 2 Lines from 2017 that never had it activated
4. 2020 Line on Us 2 ( a few days ago)

Now, why some people get Kickback on Free lines while others don't is another issue.
How did you get Kickback added to new lines? A while ago I tried a few times to get it added to a new paid line but to no avail. They always said it's grandfathered and not available to new lines. One time the agent even told me she wanted to add it for me but it's just not available in the system. Did you need to get it escalated to a manager or something?

Awesome deal! I've 4 free lines Smilie

My original 2 paid lines both have kickback discounts and just converted 2 free lines as eSim to use as secondary lines in iPhone 11 Pro Max and set them as default data lines. Now I won't go over 2GB and will get $10 kickback discount.
I did the exact same thing on mine. It is a great idea. Let me ask you. Do you have issues in talking on the phone and surfing the web at the same time ?

2 times the agent just said It's done. On the other 2 occasions, the agent submitted a request and it was added a day later. And of course, the other 10 times or so the Agent said it's grandfathered and can't be done.

i guess i got luck. i got the ONE plan FRLTUL2LP.
they added another line for me. now i got 4 line ..

T-Mobile ONE
$96.00/mo
Applied discounts and promotions:
$10 AutoPay Discount

$24 Insider Discount

$10 AutoPay Discount (Additional Lines)
$20 This One's on Us (AAL) (Additional Lines)
$20 2020 Line on Us 3 (Additional Lines)

Hopefully they didn't raise the monthly fee on me. I suppose to pay $80/monthly.. but i see now its $96/monthly. we will see.
Wow. You would be the first I have seen that and very lucky. But check if your SOC is really still FRLTUL2LP. $24 Insider Discount sounds more like 20% off $120. They might have also moved you to the 2 for $120 T-Mobile One account which is eligible for free lines. Check if you can enable Netflix in your account as this should not exist under the T-Mobile All In One Promo plan.

I missed the thanksgiving line on us, but called yesterday 12/22 and was given a line.
It now says 2020 line on us 2 from the 4th of july and "2020 line on us 3" which I am assuming is the new line.
Should I still be able to get "2020 line on us 4" which is the one mentioned here?
Any advice greatly appreciated.

I'm pretty sure after the 20th you could only get one of the two free line promos. The system is showing the promo as this ones on us 3 even though it's number 4.

Good questions. My plan is MAGENTA9. LOU3 is the 9th line and LOU4 is the 10th line. LOU3 was activated with a SIM card and LOU4 was activated with a eSIM.
