TLDR:
1) Cooling: side fans probably mounted as exhaust, please check and reverse if needed.
2) PSU - if no name and not rated, consider switching.
3) Motherboard - random - could be micro atx, even though case is midtower.
4) Ram - random
5) GPU - random - chance to get OC and upper tier versions.
6) CyberpowerPC has bad rep, but keep in mind you are buying through bestbuy so you can work with them for the 1st 30 days on returns.
7) Value - the deal is really getting the 3060ti, other than that could be technically build at lower price if you could get your own 3060ti at MRSP. All parts price out around ~1100-1200 MRSP / depending on components.

1) Cooling
Looks like a side flow air entry case:
Cyberpower tends to put the side fans on exhaust instead of intake.
This will need to be changed.
Because it's side flow - more air turbulence - probably isn't going to be as good as front mounted - laminar flow - not sure how the temps will be on a non K chip but it's still a 10700.
There are other cases they have that are side mounted but they have front mount options and you can mess with the front panel to get airflow. This looks like it has a tempered glass front panel. Most front air systems with this design need to have the panel taken off about half a centimeter to 1 cm with a standoff or something to get proper airflow.
BUT:
For the side fans to work correctly, the front needs to be closed off or you will blow air out of the front panel.
There still might be a way to mount on front of the case, but not sure.
Also, while this is minor, it is most likely you will have a non-blower GPU cooling system (I don't think that the founders use blowers anymore). So you need to feed the GPU good air flow, this air rises and heads up the CPU area, you might need to add a fan somewhere, maybe exhaust up top to help dissipate heat better.
As long as your GPU is under 80 degrees it shouldn't throttle / ideally 70 or less
Your CPU should be fine under 90, they tend to throttle above 90 / ideally under 80.
Fans they seem to use are apevia's rebranded with cyberpower PC, cfm is around 55 with a static pressure of around 1.
if you don't care about the RGB and have issues with heat: suggest changing fans to:
https://www.amazon.com/Noctua-red...617&sr=8-7
If this is similar to my case, you can mount the fans on the outside frame against the side panel to directly pull in air from the outside as opposed to pulling in air from the potential space that exists between the side panel and the framing on the inside where the mobo is on etc, but you will of course loose the RGB effect.
2) power supply:
Worried about this on this model. No description if gold rated or what. Mine came with a gold rated apevia which is a rebranded Andyson, so not necessarily bad. But other apevias that aren't rated might be total crap. You may need to switch this out.'
3) motherboard:
Looks like they use OEM Asus Prime Z490-v for my cpu. Not really available to purchase, worth probably around 120. Since the 10700f doesn't need overclocking, they are probably going to be using a different and less expensive mobo.
4) Ram:
I got adata xpg 3000 mhz ram
5) GPU - random, some people have received top of the line OC ones, I received a vanilla version of it with 3 fans gigabyte eagle 10g, but remember that nvidia back in either 900 or 1000 series changed to a self OCing algorithm so most of the cards auto boost to around 1950-2050 without a major overclock for 3080, not sure where the 3060's will end up.
So I hope you just get a good model - assuming they binned their chips to separate the models.
6) Cyberpower PC -
Bad rep as a company from the past with quality issues, but I think it's their customer service that's the problem now if you get a lemon. The quality of their builds is supposedly better so less likely to have a problem, but if you do - the customer service and turn around times totally suck.
However, you are buying through best buy, highly suggest just making sure your rig survives a good stress test and if you have problems just return to best buy.
7) Speed:
I got my rig a couple days earlier than delivery date.
8) Quick MRSP
10700f - 280
PSU - 60
SSD 500 gb - 50
HD 1 gb - 25
Case - 60
Mobo - 120ish
GPU - 400
Windows - 90
Ram - 60
Air cooling - 25

Keep in mind you can get deals with the above being a bit better. Windows you can get licenses for like 10-25 dollars.
The deal here is getting a 3060ti "timely".
You can see everything that occured with my rig here:

Thats the last gen machine. The new CPUs are 5000x, gpu is the 2000 series as well.
Should people wait for the 3070 for more future proofing? Appreciate any insight!
Comes to $1170. A $100 premium to get a 3060 Ti that is actually available seems reasonable, and of course it's built for you.
My only concern is the CPU cooling, that cooler is pretty tiny for a 14nm 8-core. Anyone know what this is? Picture [bbystatic.com]
It's about the size of the stock cooler which isn't great [youtube.com].
