Bought it on ebay one year ago. I checked the EMEI on many webistes, and they all show it's not blacklisted, but AT&T website cannot unlock it.
I was picking wrong. I got this phone about 4 months ago with $600-$300 monthly credit, pretty damn good phone, except for lower res display, which porbably helps keep battery life long.

Seems like worst case scenario you'd get $100 off anyway after paying the $25 but not be able to stack with the $20 credit. Assuming you can't just get it refunded since it says you have 3 days but I'd guess you have to redeem first and that cancels return policy.

Google does NOT give option of sending ur device back - like ever
i would ask for it back and return or dispute the value of the claim if you have any evidence against the reason they are citing for reduced value
