A71 is a mid range phone with "5G competable" but i think note 9 should still be a better phone

Not true. Just reach out to @tmobilehelp on Twitter via DM with the imei and they'll unlock it for you. I just did it last week. No special approach required. The unlock was successful in 8 hours.

S20 5g is better than this phone. This is a non-flagship clone. It's artificial competition for itself where it sells the phones much closer to cost to get a Samsung in the hands of everyone, even if they can't afford all the hype gimmicks of the extreme models

Where is the unlocked Samsung Galaxy S20 5G deal where people are paying $180 out of pocket with no plan? I missed that deal.

Can I trade in a phone that I can't really use because of the cracked screen? Touch screen doesn't work well and random stuff gets opened. And I can't set it to factory settings because the screen doesn't work.
