I got a message on Panera's website for $3 off of a $15 Rapid Pick-Up, Curbside, or Delivery order. Just use code THANKS3. You can also use the code LUNCHBREAK for $5 off $20.

https://www.panerabread.com/en-us/home.html

This is a good deal when you use it Tuesdays when you can get a baker's dozen (13) bagels for $6.99. As another member posted, you can also use the Amazon deal to get 15% off of a $50 gift card, or buy a $50 gift card from Panera and they will give you a $10 bonus gift card. https://www.panerabread.com/en-us...cards.html

Oh, and don't forget that you can sign up for their free coffee trial where you can get free coffee for three months with them as well while you're there picking up your online order! https://www.panerabread.com/en-us...fee-banner
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

Generally, Panera precludes using gift cards with such discounts.
You can use a discount-purchased gift card to pay for any order, such as the bagels I used as an example. I do this all of the time. I think you may have the post confused with using the $3 of $15 for buying gift cards, which was not was suggested here.

See what it says in the terms and conditions: "Online orders must be placed with credit card." - are you saying that they don't actually impose that condition?

I've ordered online with a gift card (with a discount code) for curbside pickup many times...

I have used their gift cards several times in the past for purchases. They count their gift cards just like a credit card.

If someone gave you a gift card for Christmas, and then you use it online, it works like a credit card. There is no exclusion written that a customer cannot use a gift card online and get $3 off of a $15 off order.

Same here. I did this a few times last spring during the quarantine here. I stacked the discounts and then passed off the savings as a tip. No problems at all paying with discounted gift cards and using coupon codes.

I was really looking forward to a cinnamon crunch bagel... I tried to place an order and my closest location is closed (no clue they closed) and the next closest doesnt have any bagels (at least I cant order any as they are all 'sold out'). How is that even a thing?!

try to place an order over $15, but got this message "The total order amount is less than the required amount." Is the promo code dead ?

Perhaps the THANKS3 code is regional, I found this offer instead, Save $5 on Delivery, Curbside or Rapid Pick-Up® order when you spend $20 or more* using code LUNCHBREAK. Expires 12/31/2020.

I've had that happen to me too! Our closet location runs out very quickly (In my case, I wanted the vanilla cherry bagels!), so I discovered I either need to place my order early in the morning, like around 7 AM, or do what I did last night which was to place my order for today late last night.

Try ordering ahead and you should get those cinnamon crunch bagels next time!

No. They run out at my nearest location and sub in whatever THEY feel like (or even skip the item) without even asking. They CLAIM that they cannot see an order until 10 minutes before pick up.
