Videos online make the packaging look impossible to open, but..... on the back of the package, punch the two pins marked "cut" out through the front of the packaging, then slide the wrench holders up and out of the keyways.

I don't see any pins at all on the wrenches themselves
With 280 reviews and an average of 4.5 stars, I'd say the majority of people seem to really like them.
(and really, at $1.75 a wrench, even if Lowes went out of business tomorrow, I'd think you could get your money out of them, lol)
