Think long and hard about doing business with a sleazy company like xfinity. They will repeatedly lie to you and charge you for items you had never ordered. They limit the ways that you can reach them as well to make you wait extended times and to then conveniently hang up on you.

Let's not forget them raising prices and adding data caps when they know a lot of people are working from home during this pandemic. thanks to the lobbyists they paid for to take money but not build the necessary infrastructure
If you have ever had the number on Xfinity mobile before and received a promotion on that line, you might not get this.
I had a number that I ported in and got a $250 gift card for buying a phone from Xfinity.
Probably 8 or more months later I ported the same number in for BYOD $50 GC.
They have denied the $50 GC because of the first promotion that I got.

On a different note:
Anyone successfully port in to Xfinity with a newly created number (for example, a number that was assigned to you w/i 1 month before porting in)?
