Try putting in FLAC musics, uncompressed 4K videos, and ISO games for emulators and see how long that space lasts.

My 10+ is 128gb internal and I have a 128 micro sd card as well. As of now the sd card is full and the internal is about half full. I like taking videos in 60 fps, and a lot of my music is in storage as wel. Plus I have a 2-year-old. 512gb would be great.
