Of course if you have that much data then it's best to go your route because buying that much space on any online service will cost a fortune.
But the cost of building that kind of service will perhaps be about $600 (guessing) which will be 10 years of service if you buy online. So the ROI will be about 10+ years based on my assumptions, more if the cost is more or less if I assumed higher.
I have prime but I keep stopping the service for a few months or a year. I don't like subscription services at all even though all models are now moving towards subscription.
Will try Amazon prime also as a backup but best would be building own server with a backup or 2 locally and then having only the necessary photos on online backup

Edit: I guess they do have it open box in "fair" condition if you can find it, though it's OOS by me. (I was just wondering what the going rate was for these; up in the air between this and a OP8.)
Yep, i have an s9+.. I still dont need the 5g speed. My phone still pretty fast, takes good pictures, play games good, etc...whats does my s9 does not do compared to s20 or s21? Maybe just a tad faster, better camera? Dont have to see the epidermis of everyone in the pictures, or chlorophyll of every plant.

The Bixby button is so useful for everything that it was not meant to be used for. I have it set up the following way -
The app is called bxActions
1 tap - lock or unlock screen orientation (this way, it gets hit once on accident, nothing crazy happens that anyone around you would know about)
2 tap - Next Song
long press - media play/pause
Double press and hold - Flashlight on/off
All of these features work great for me as a runner, as I don't have to look at my screen and can adjust the music.
Outside of this, wireless charging is great, absolutely no issues with the phone. I'll be sad when I lose my programmable button, and when I lose the ability to throw a micro SD card in it. I haven't plugged anything into the headphone port in quite a while, but the headphones the phone comes with are also great. Great screen. Don't know if I'll ever be as comfortable with a phone as I am with this phone.
