Not a bad deal for the Vizio M series soundbar that was just released. May get that to pair with the CX I got around Halloween last time these were on sale
Same here. My 65" Sony 900F died 2 weeks ago only after only 2.5 years, so I really would like a 5 year warranty. It looks like Sams Club also sells it with a 5 year warranty, but I don't see any sale info or if it is in stock locally.
Expensive TVs and smartphones are pretty much the only thing I spring for a warranty on, and squaretrade will warranty a 65" for basically $100. Obviously getting a free warranty is better, but if you just take the extra $100 into consideration you can still compare apples to apples.
Same here. It seems they're out of stock in most places. I looked online and in few stores as well. I guess they sell well.
Yeah, that's a bit of a bummer, I've been waiting for the Costco "Super Bowl deals", hoping that 65X90CH would have the same ~$400 discount as BF last year. I posted a sale they had a few weeks ago, it wasn't as good, $200/15% discount (matched by a few other sources), almost wished I picked one up then, but I kind rolled the dice on a better discount this month.

Same. Glad I didn't as sonys 2021 line up looks much better. Looking for a deal on the vizio oled as the patch fixed gaming
I haven't watched a single game. It's like football doesn't even exist and I'm not actively avoiding it. People don't even talk about it at work. A Super Bowl without a normal season or likely fans? Who the hell wants to watch that?
obvious nba troll is obvious.
also, please be the real dr. j! it'd just be awesome if the greats were lurking among us.
Since the XBR-85X900H will not come back to Costco for $1,970. What does anyone think about the Samsung 85" Q70T at AAFES for $2,199 no tax including shipping?
Samsung doesn't support their TVs. If you have any problem with it, they will do the bare minimum, drag their feet, and come up with any excuse not to service your TV. And if it's out of warranty, you're SOL. They also have a habit of breaking the moment the warranty expires. They are constantly being sued over these kinds of issues with their TVs.

I am not too worried about Samsung warranty, that is why I always go with SquareTrade warranty. They are the best, at least in my experience.
Just wanted to know how the deal was with that particular TV, the 85 Q70T.
Would love for the Sony X900H 65" to drop to $970 like it did during BF. I doubt it though.
My local Sams just received 10 or more of the Sony X90CH so maybe it will be on sale soon? It is still $1369 as of now. What is strange is they moved the display over to the clearance end cap for $1340 and opened a new one for the display.

Personally I think Samsung QLEDs are all overpriced.
